Istanbul is wonderful with a tour guude

We were met by representatives of Saw Travel just as promised and had a comfortable drive to the city of Istanbul. Unfortunately, the roads to our hotel were blocked by traffic police. Our driver was undaunted and we circled the area until he found a way in. We were so impressed that we opted to take a tour of the city the next day. Our tour guide, Eren, was the most knowledgeable, personable, and considerate guide we have ever employed. So much so that we hired him for a second day of touring. We saw the important Istanbul sites from the outside and inside despite the long lines, which we managed to avoid in consideration of mobility issues. We highly recommend Eren and Saw Travel.

These guys are the best, they were waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, on the way to our hotel, they informed us that due to a Labor Day holiday, that streets around our hotel were closed so we would have to walk. Drive got as close as he could unloaded our luggage and I thought he would say goodbye, but instead he grabbed my wife's suitcase and lead us up the his to our hotel. We passed many people walking with there luggage probably not knowing where they were going. I would definitely use this company again and we are they are taking us back to the Airport. Thanks, you guys rock!!

Awesome Transport Service

I couldn't say enough good things about this company. I asked a lot of questions and Deniz Guner, who is responsible for the operation, answered all of them immediately and kept me in the loop the whole time we were in Istanbul. Pick up and drop off is super easy. We only have around 6 hours to spend in Istanbul so we have to maximize the time we were there and Deniz made sure everything worked on our schedule. The only thing that I regret is not having smaller bills for Sabre, our driver. So, Sabre, our apologies. We heard a lot of horror stories about taking the taxis in Istanbul so this company is an awesome alternative. Don't hesitate to book this service.

Smoothest transfer we have ever had! Driver waiting outside arrival gate with clearly marked sign. Took our luggage directly to waiting car. Timely and efficient delivery to hotel.

Hotel to IST airport.

Traffic jams in old town Istanbul, even on Sunday morning. We took over two hours to make it to istanbul international airport. Driver was good and made great effort to overcome blockages. Travellers should plan for the worse and hope for the best.

I would highly recommend this transportation. I got immediate communication on WhatsApp from operator with instructions on meeting point at Istanbul Airport which can be so overwhelming. There are many companies offering airport transfers on Viator and we chose this one because of all of the 5 star ratings and a lot of the reviews are recent. I am happy to say that all of the reviews are true as we also had an excellent experience! The tour operator, Deniz, contacted us immediately with a pickup time and confirmed it again the day before and said we could call him if we had any issues. We had a 3am transfer to the airport and the driver was on time, courteous, and dropped us off at the proper entrance. Deniz also contacted us afterwards to make sure everything went well. We highly recommend this company as they provide an excellent service!!
