You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

SCAM buyer be aware. Viator didn’t help. Waste of money!!!

This is a total SCAM. Viator is not helpful. I have asked for a refund but I know that I won’t get it. I spent $374 (nz) & I haven’t got anything & i have had to pay for things on top of that. No one was helpful I tried to get help & followed instructions.. I am extremely angry. After speaking to hospitality they have seen other people being ripped off when they buy this. I was in tears today & has ruined this trip to Istanbul. PLEASE DONT GET RIPPED OFF. Viator won’t help you at all.

A big scam

I didn't finish my experience yet but it started terribly already. The site says the it includes hop on hop off bus (false information) also skip the line at Aya Sophia (another false information). I'll see what comes next.

Great Value! Excellent Service! Highly recommend : Istanbul Tourist Pass was a great deal and my friends and I are so glad we bought it. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. It made our trip much more enjoyable and easier to navigate. We were able to see so many attractions and sites for on a discounted flat rate each day. Our friend group does have some pretty thrifty people and we were all quite happy how it made us save so much With its mobile app and digital passes it was very practical and efficient to use unlike our other pass experiences in different cities. The app also served as a guide book which made our trip much enjoyable. All of the locations knew just what to do when we showed our pass on our mobiles and were pleased to see it worked so seamlessly. No downsides, gimmicks or hidden charges! It was nice not to have to take out our credit cards all the time. The mobile Internet device connecting us all - 8 people - at the same time in our multiple devices with such a speed was just superb. It made our lives so much easier being able to connect to the Internet and being able to make international calls and share our great times with our families and friends we left behind. Also, the Whatsapp help service was amazing, it made miracles for us when we were almost lost and asked for directions, they responded instantly and saved our day : Thank you guys for such an excellent service! The hop on hop off 3 days pass was hardly used due to miscommunication with the merchant and viator as claimed by the merchant that they have notified viator since last month that they are going digital but until today the viator website has not been updated according to the merchant who kindly delivered the museum pass that needed to be presented physically. the museum passes came in late and wasted my time just strolling around the hotel area where no pass is needed. When i purchased this product, viator confirmed the purchase and assured me that the passes and tickets will be delivered 24 hours before my arrival. It was already my second day and still waiting for the museum passes to be delivered by the merchant. The big bus guys can not undertand English and they prioritize walk in passengers who will pay directly to them. The merchant offered apologies and promised to return what was not availed in that 3 day pass.

What a disappointing experience. I bought the three-day pass. I thought it was three days of hop on and hop off. It wasn't. The skip the line card has to be delivered to your hotel. The bus departures from point to point are not frequent. The cruise was long and the show on board was like an amateur night. The belly dancer was over 50 . There are much more interesting ways to see Istanbul than this option. However, just riding the hop on for a day and taking time for pictures and walking would be a good investment. Do a one day pass and skip the big package. Very disappointed with what it cost.

I got 7 day Pass. Overall it was worth the money although I did not cover all the museums and used the museum card only for Topkapi and Hagia Sophia. This card cannot be used for Dolmabahce Palace and you need to buy separate ticket. The package also included Istanbulkart which you otherwise get for 6TL. The Dinner cruise and Hop on hop off boat tours were very good and the Dervish experience was great. The WiFi device worked very well although you cannot use more than 1GB data in 24 hrs and it is supposed to be used purely for tourism purposes. The tourist pass gives you peace of mind and lets you organise your trip even before you land in Istanbul, saving lot of time. There are plenty of places to see in Istanbul and this pass gives you a good coverage.

It was average. Other cities that have the hop-on-hop-off, allow you to use the buses for the entrie period of your city pass. The Istanbul one only allows you you to use the buses for ONE day. that is a pity because for the rest of your stay, you have to either walk or take a taxi to the other sights that you have tickets for. Also, the bus-stops are VERY poorly sign-posted and the drivers are extremely rude.

Passes were delivered to our hotel on time. We enjoyed it very much. It was surely the most convenient way of sightseeing in Istanbul. You shouldn't visit Istanbul without one of this pass. If we had received the info package the day or night before it was to be used we would have been able to us it. So we found a young couple with a baby and offered it to them. I'm sure they enjoyed it. This has been to only mishap with Viator. I think a rain check of some kind would be nice, to be used the next time we book with Viator.

I would like to give no stars for this since it was non existent. They dropped off a packet at my hotel and I went to the next ng place. There were a lot of tour buses there, but not the one I was booked on, and no-one had even heard of them.

Skip the line in a hot sweaty weather is a blessing for viewing Topkapi and Ayasofia. Whirling Dervish is hidden away. Just take tram to Sirkeci station and it is 2 minute walk. Very easy to load the transport card, much like London Oyester. Any trip is 3TL we were a group of 4

I would actually probably give this two stars, however, when I put in one, Viator says it will follow up with the local provider to fix the problem. My main problem with this is the fact that there was little to no information on how to best use the card. There are apparently several advantages to using the card, and I'm pretty sure that it is an excellent value if you understand how to do so. And I have to say, I was pleased having the tickets and not having to wait in line. However, in addition to the tickets, there was a card without any explanation of what it was for I think it may have been for reduced public transport, but there was no way of knowing. Also, I understood that there was supposed to be free wi-fi included, but it was not at all clear how to access that, or the WhatsApp assistance that is advertised. I even emailed the pass provider several times to ask a couple of questions, and never received a response. In addition, I wanted to post a review on Viator, and it was not at all clear how to do so, which was very frustrating. It was only after I received an invitation to do so a week after my trip that I was able to. All of this could have been very easily solved by simply including instructions with the pass package, or even just providing a link to instructions on the web. And had I been able to fully utilize the pass, I would have been extremely happy with it, as I think it does provide excellent value. This should be very easy to fix, and hopefully the service provider will do so.

Was ok. Watch your time. Traffic will affect everything including the audio. Most audio Jacks didn't work. Keep your receipt. Sometimes they didn't check. But if you loose it, as I did, your ride is over (even if you have the printed voucher)
