Wonderful experience!

I was a great experience overall. From the prompt pick up at the hotel to Hasan, the tour guide, to the places we visited and the drop-off back at the hotel. Well curated tour visiting all the famous landmarks and Hasan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great tour!

We had the most lovely experience on our tour yesterday with Burak. He truly was the best guide we could have asked for and are so glad we decided to book with him! I couldn’t recommend this experience enough! Burak knew so much about the history and went into great detail about each place we visited that we would not have known otherwise. We were able to skip the lines and he took us to the best restaurant, shops and took some beautiful photos of us! Thank you so much Burak, this has been the highlight of our trip and we will be able come home with lots of positive memories from this day!

Our tour guide, Billura, was a highlight of this experience as she introduced us to Topkapi Palace, the “Blue Mosque,” the Grand Bazaar and parts of Istanbul Old Town — all of which had their own magic appeal! Billura brought to life the history of each location & explained how each had evolved over the centuries. Billura’s insights and warm personality made her a “friend” by the end of the day, and left us wanting to spend more time with her as well as wanting to know more about Istanbul itself. What a wonderful but exhausting day!

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of my guide but she was great. Very informative and knew extensive history on the areas we visited. The greay thing about personal tour was being able to change plans. Some of the sites were very busy we changed the order and it all worked out great. You get to see a lot of beautiful and historic buildings packed with art and unique architecture. Great way to get a grasp of the area. The guide was also very helpful with tips and other places to visit. Highly recommend

Our guide was Hero. He arrived at our hotel on time. He had skip the line privileges. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't full of himself. We have experienced so many guides that we wish would just shut up for a breath once and a while and let us experience places. He had a great balance. He took us to this awesome shop where we watched an artist make clay pots and then we were given the opportunity to make one. He also helped us find some souvenirs. We trusted him to pick the restaurant for lunch and it was the best food we had during our entire trip. We would highly recommend him. We never felt rushed. He took great care of us. So worth it.

I booked this private tour with Ayhan on Viator and he was fabulous. Excellent communication and the tour was wonderful. The guide spoke perfect English and gave us a great tour. But Ayhan really went the extra mile. He ended up setting up all my airport transfers into and out of Instanbul and also to Capadoccia. Ayhan is the best. Very ethical and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Very surprised when we met Songul in our hotel reception. We were the only guests in our group that morning, so it made for a very personal tour. Songul was excellent, her knowledge is second to none. As reported on other reviews, she is extremely friendly, professional, personable and eager to answer any questions we fired at her. The tour was long, very long, so be prepared to spend a lot of time on your feet. All the stops were impressive and she provided information from her encyclopaedic brain to tell us, in great detail, about each landmark we visited. She also took us to a “locals” place for a quick pit stop. Very worthwhile tour, thoroughly enjoyed it, especially when you’re in good hands with Songul.

Turan was the best guide - He was punctual and so was the driver, so the day started on time. During the visits, Turan was very good at giving us the best information and answering any of our questions. We also were able to see almost all what the Old Town had to offer plus the Grand Bazzar. Great tour because of a good guide!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the sites, moving is through efficiently in the limited time we had. He was very flexible and allowed us to make the choices on what to see. He sat outside some of the museum areas of Topkapi looking at his phone instead of going in and explaining things to us, when other guides were inside with their tour groups. The most disappointing part was being taken to expensive gift shops that he claimed were cheaper than the Grand Bazaar. They were high quality, but the prices were also high. I suppose that type of hustle is what we saw everywhere in Istanbul, though. As naive American tourists I feel that we got ripped off everywhere we went.

Dear Mr Jason, Thank you for your tour and choosing our company, as you only had 4 hours to see the town we both know that you have not been taken any of the gift shops in town and you spend more than an hour in the bazaar, also in the Palace at the treasury part it is not allowed for any guides to be in as it is very limited space, we wish you a great time for the rest of your trip
