We only have pick up service for 1 kilometers and nearest places. We'll pick up you with a black VIP minivan, wherever you want in the city center. Once we receive your reservation and pick up choice, we will call you to clarify the exact time and location.

What To Expect

After changing into the provided Turkish towels (pestemal), follow your attendant into the main room of the bath.

There, you’ll immerse yourself in the sanctuary of a historical hammam, where the experience unfolds amidst the gentle embrace of steam, promoting relaxation and skin hydration.

Then, let an expert attendant lavish you with a revitalizing scrub and soap massage on a heated marble platform, culminating in a refreshing rinse. This is when you enjoy additional services if selected.

Afterward, luxuriate in a serene environment with Turkish coffee, Turkish delight, and a refreshing fruit plate on a terrace overlooking the Bosphorus.

This Hammam experience was excellent. Our attendants Rai and the charming young woman from Thailand (sorry for forgetting her name) were kind, very good masseuses and made this new experience fun and relaxing. Beautiful facilities and completely worth the time and money.

Very enjoyable tour of a famous Turkish Bath facility plus a full body massage. I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing massage by an Indonesian masseuse. I recommend it!

It was amazing being cared for like that. Not your typical massage. The Foaming part was very nice. It was private for hubby and me so that was a plus. The ladies were professional and good. The Assistant manager explained the whole process before hand. That was helpful too. 😌

I booked a private session for myself and my husband so we could experience a Turkish bath together. I would definitely recommend this establishment, it was clean and well managed, with friendly welcoming staff. They sat us down and explained exactly what to expect. We had our own private changing room, with everything you needed, slippers, towelling robe and one use underwear, including our own private therapists that stayed with us. Our skin felt amazing and super soft afterwards. We then relaxed and had tea, fruit and sweet treats, including private transfers to and from our hotel. I'd hear lots of stories about Turkish bath experiences, however, book a private session, you'll be glad you tried it!!

Very relaxing and unique experience. It was my first time at hamam, so it was something very different for me. The spa was very nice and felt luxurious. We got a private one, and it was definitely worth it. I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards

Best experience l had during my stay. The location was easy to find. Reina was my attendant and she was AMAZING from start to finish. The final milk and honey bath left me smelling so good and the whole experience was so relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing original hammam experience and relaxing massage. My wife and I did a couple hammam and massage session. The therapists were extremely professional and gentle. Started with Hammam where the treatment was immaculate. We felt refreshed. This was followed by a one hour massage which was very relaxing. Highly recommended whoever is visiting Istanbul. Makes you feel like a sultan!

What a beautiful and relaxing way to spend your first day in Istanbul! After a 10-hour flight the day before, we felt fully relaxed and refreshed after leaving. Facility is immaculately clean, staff were warm and welcoming, transportation to/from our hotel (Intercontinental Istanbul) was efficient and comfortable.

I had never entered a Hammam before, so this was a brand new experience for me, so for the sake of comparison, I have no idea how good or bad the service was. But for a first time, i found it a spectacular experience. A calming, refreshing and thorough service in an amazing setting. Only complaint is that I wished it lasted longer.

Last minute change made us miss our booking

When we booked the experience, we let them know where we would like to be picked up as they offer transportation within 2km (we were 1.1km away) and they had confirmed our booking and transport request. However our booking time came and went as we were waiting at our pick up location, and after a couple failed calls, we finally got a hold of someone who told us we were late and that they would not pick us up even though that was part of our booking, and that we would have 30 min to get there to still be able to get “a” massage; even though we had booked for 2 hours (and paid $467.00). About halfway through, my 63 year old mother was on the verge of heatstroke because the walk was straight uphill and after almost getting hit by cars and motorbikes, we couldn’t make it. No apologies, no offer for refund, no assistance finding back up transport, and the man actually was mad at us for being late even though they agreed to provide transport and then left us high and dry with no calls, messages, or anything. If they had just told us prior to the booking that they would be unable to get us, we would’ve arranged transport, but they never gave us any indication that the terms had changed until after we had called them, when they never showed up. We are on a cruise ship so our time was very limited and so we wouldn’t be able to do the full 2 hours much longer after the original booking time, but they didn’t even say that we would still be able to get the full massage since he felt it was our fault for being late. Extremely disappointing, this was our most expensive excursion and the one we were looking forward to the most, but after speaking to the man who answered the phone, we didn’t want any part of it since they clearly had no regard for our time, money, or ability to actually get there. this all could’ve been avoided if they had just told us they couldn’t provide transport, rather than letting us believe we had confirmed transport, when we actually didn’t, which ultimately resulted in us missing our booking completely.

We didn't know what to expect as we never had a Turkish hammam before however we absolutely loved the experience and if we could get it every week. The spa therapists were fantastic, professional and ensured we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this hammam and the building is incredible also. Nothing to fault!!
