We are a family of eight, and Luis was waiting for us when we arrived and on our way to our condo, took us to a grocery store so we can get provisions and even help the shop. Awesome.

Luis emailed us the same day we booked to let us know all of our luggage would not be a problem. We walked out the airport doors and Frank, our driver, was there waiting with a sign. Frank was very friendly and helpful with sightseeing suggestions. We will definitely book with them again.

The driver was late, the vehicle had NO air conditioning, and was overpriced.
The notice in advance stated that the driver would be in the lot with a guitar singing a sing with our name. We had to ask several other drivers if they even knew this driver.

Luis was right on time and drove us to our resort in his very comfortable air conditioned van. On the way He shared his extensive knowledge of the local area including history, flora and fauna and suggestions for activities and shopping. He is great!
