How to Get There
About 11 miles (18 kilometers) from the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport, and adjacent to the Ixtapa Palace Resort and Spa, Magic World Aquatic Park is within walking distance of many of Ixtapa’s resorts and beaches. From downtown, follow Boulevard Paseo Ixtapa to Paseo de las Gaviotas—you’ll see the park on your left.
When to Get There
The park is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10am to 5pm. The weather in Ixtapa is typically warm, making the water park pleasant year-round. For fewer crowds, go on a weekday, and avoid visiting during holidays and school breaks.
