We took this van service from the airport on Monday to Jacó beach then back to airport Saturday. They were on time for both trips and on first trip stopped to see crocodiles and gave us lots of tips on other things to do. Would definitely recommend them for your travel.

Prompt service, clean vehicle, nice driver and accommodating for stops along the way. We liked them so much, we used them for the ride back from Jaco to SJO and they gave us a discount. We had 6 people and their van was very nice, new and clean.

Our driver was great showed up right on time. On our drive to hotel pointed out things of interest and stopped at the Crocodile bridge for us to get out and see the crocodiles. The van was very clean and comfortable.

I couldn’t recommend our driver enough. This was the first clean vehicle that had working seatbelts that we were in. The driver knew English, was early (all our other drivers were late), he was extremely knowledgeable and talked with us the whole way back to the airport from Jaco, pointing out animals and plants and sharing information about different locations. He even stopped on the way to show us the crocs since our first driver didn’t. He was very respectful and made my family feel safe and also made our last experience in Costa Rica a positive one!

Our driver met us at the airport with a smile. He knew our names and took us to our beautiful van. He was an excellent driver and made sure we were comfortable. He helped us get into our condo complex and made sure we had all of our luggage. We really enjoyed him and would definitely use this service again.

This was just what we needed after traveling all day. The van was so comfortable with reclining seats, AC and WiFi. It was much larger than I anticipated but that allowed everyone to spread out a bit from being cramped on airplanes all day long.

We arrived expecting someone to meet our plane. No driver. I left a text with the transportation company and Viator. Viator could not get ahold of the driver and asked me what I wanted to do. Huh? I'm in a foreign country, don't speak the language and it's now 45 minutes past our meeting time! Meanwhile my friend called Viator. She got a live person that told us to walk to a DELI restaurant. Luckily just then our driver showed up. It was pretty scary at almost 10 pm and not knowing how we're to get to our destination an hour and a half away. Driver was nice so gave a generous 3 stars.

Can't recommend this transportation enough. It made our travel back to the airport so easy. Communication was started a few days prior to agree to a pick up time and that they had the correct address. The driver was on time. He stopped for us when we asked and we all felt safe on the trip back. We were a party of 10.
