Good tour of Jaipur

The tour guide was good. He showed up on time at my hotel in a clean tuktuk, ready to go. He explained very well where we were going to go and what we were going to see. His English took a while to understand, but after chatting with him, you figure it out. We deviated from the itinerary, but still saw some good sights. The compuslory stops at the jewelry shop and textile factory were actually interesting, as they demonstrate how they create their products. Some pressure to buy ("how got a sari? Want to see some earrings?), but not terrible. Tour took 5 hours. I went in to the City Palace, but not the Amber Fort (my choice). Be careful around the Amber Fort... Lots of pickpocketers and people who approach you wanting to be your guide. One "no", then ignore them seems to work.

Our guide Bablu provided an excellent tuktuk tour of Jaipur! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, he took us to important historical sites. Also shares really nice local tips. We had an amazing and funny day with him. I highly recommend this tour. Visiting Jaipur by tuktuk is a must while being in the city.

Fast and furious Tuk Tuk style

We had Shyam as our driver who was exptional!! To see the real India! Tuk Tuk was ideal specially down the village lanes. Shyam asked us what was it we wanted to do what sites. We hand picked 8 places we wanted to see in Jaipur. We both felt very safe in the care of Shyamsunder as two women. Spoke very good English, friend for life. My mum is used to luxury as was wary wanting an AC car, her mind was changed we ended up booking extra days. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Jaipur you cut traffic too as your weaving through the streets!

A nice and reliable day with a tuktuk in Jaipur

It was a good ride and a nice step by step route on the most important things to see in Jaipur. The driver was driving carefully, always waited for us, when we wanted to have a stop. He was accommodating for our requests and changes in the route. He was patient and kind. The drive was definitely worth the price and we are glad we booked this tour. We were hoping for some more historical background on the places we were seeing, which would have been an amazing add on, but he was able to tell us some essential information about each place.

We experienced Jaipur city and sights with our friendly guide Max in his tuk tuk. It was a very relaxed day thanks to Max's skilled driving and knowledge of the city. It was great getting to learn about the rich culture and craft of the city, and we stopped at a local restaurant for a delicious lunch.

We cannot recommend this tour highly enough, especially because of our driver Shahrukh (aka Desposito). If you book this tour, request him - you’ll have the best day of your entire trip. We had so many laughs, he was so relaxed about us wanting to change our sights a couple of times, he knew the ins and outs of the city and even did a little bit of history guiding for us as well. 10/10 recommend the tour and 1000/10 recommend Shahrukh.

As a women solo traveller I felt very safe in his company. He was in no rush to show me places and told me a lot of history and culture about Jaipur. Thanks for the hospitality.
