Overview

Learn to scuba dive during your trip to Jamaica with a Discover Scuba Diving program in Montego Bay. Designed for uncertified or first-time divers, the half-day scuba diving course provides instruction in basic scuba skills and concludes with an open water dive. The skills apply to further PADI trainings if you decide to continue, and your package includes lunch and round-trip hotel transport.

What To Expect

Additional Info

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Children under 17 years must be accompanied by an adult
  • At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, cabin #, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions; ask your doctor if you are medically fit to scuba dive
  • Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The whole crew was very helpful. They were patient and worked with me beings I was a newbie. Once I was done with the training part and we actually got to dive it was amazing they kept checking to make sure I was ok the whole time. I highly recommend using them for all your scuba diving wants
