Please identify yourself to the agent and she will escort you to the private vehicle that will be waiting for you.

The experience we had with this company was outstanding. We were greeted and picked upon time and had an AMAZING driver to take us to our hotel Kimani. He was super friendly, gave us some suggestions for our time on the island. On the way to the hotel we laughed so much, it was like catching up with a friend, On out return trip Craig picked us up - man what a personality. Awesome experience, was attentive to our needs and again made us laugh us the whole way. During our trip back we had a chance to see Kimani and say goodbye. On our next trip both Craig and Kimani will be hearing from us. Exceptional service and experience. Thank you to both.

Not so good

The driver was the same driver to the hotel and back to the airport , he was making weird noises the entire time , sniffing , clearing his throat and just making weird sounds . Not trying to be mean but it was extremely annoying for me and my husband . Did not talk at all to us which is fine . Definitely not worth the price to have a private driver

So glad I did not rent a car. We had a 1 hour comute from the airport to our resort. Our driver Tyrone was awesome. Very friendly and answered all our questions along the ddrive.I will definitely use this service again. Only down fall was the price was per person and I brought my wife and kids. A discounted price per other people in my family would have been nice.

Time around the pool and on the beach. Good food and beverage service. Loungers and tables were very clean. Property is very spread out- tough for seniors!

Good, but a letdown

The drivers were super. Good knowledge of the city and roads that were traveling on. Provided some good history of the country. Downside was the support team. Asking for tips for holding up the meeting point side, then having a rebuttal to the Jamaica dollars that we trip with? Just felt like everyone wanted a tip for every touch point?

I will definitely return to Grand palladium Lady Hamilton! Everything was amazing! Staff were pleasant. Food was always delicious and the events & shows was always entertaining. My only issue is not enough shuttle service. Our room was very far and getting to the room and other amenities was difficult.
