NO VR or Directions

We did not receive an Ipad or VR. We were dropped off in town with no direction as to where to go or who to meet. Spoke to the operator and all he said was sorry and he did offer to refund part of the price however after spending half of our allotted time trying to figure our what to do the bus left 15 minutes early and we had to figure out how to get back to the ship. Calls to operator went unanswered. I would not book with this company again.
