We left our cruise ship and Theo Cars is directly outside the port with its sign on the building making it impossible to miss. We choose this tour as we had already visited Olympia.
Our driver was Dimitris was very friendly and helpful, and the car was impressive.
We visited ancient Ilis which was really interesting and was deserted when we visited. We also went to the nearby museum which had accessible pieces going back to several centuries BC.
Then on to the 13th century Chlemoutsi Castle which was amazing with spectacular views.
We went to a bistro overlooking the sea before heading back to the port.
It was five hours really well spent, thank you Dimitris.

Guide never showed up. Please credit by charge card for a refund. Guide called to say he couldn’t reach ship because docked in different part of island

Our tour if you read the title says it is from Katakolo port. You arrived in Zakynthos (island), not in Katakolo port (mainland). That is not our fault. Our driver was there waiting for you for more than 2 hours and made all the expenses for the car to be there ready for you.

Dimitris was absolutely excellent, the tour was private and we were able to tailor it to our needs. We got to do way more than what was offered with the cruise ship. He had excellent recommendations and was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend booking with them.
