        Fort East Martello is located on the ocean, directly in front of the airport. Your guide will meet you at the fort's main entrance. Look for the massive anchor and the flag pole.

      This was so exciting to attend! We booked the VIP! Not only did we get a guided tour of the haunted Fort and lecture of the most haunted doll, Robert, we got an hour+ to explore the grounds on our own, in the dark!

      This tour was absolutely amazing, However, if you are sensitive, a medium, or posses any of the "4 claires" it's extremely intense and borderline overwhelming. I personally couldn't step over the threshold of the "Citadel" Robert was a kind energy while up close and personal, but other things in the fort, not so much.

      It was a treat to meet David Sloan and Matt a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide. With the VIP experience we were able to explore an hour more after the tour ended. We were able to utilize equipment to help during our exploration. The fort is a very active site. We also had an opportunity to meet Robert. I recommend going on the VIP experience. Thank you David, Matt, and Robert for making my first visit to the Fort a very memorable one.

      This tour was supposed to last an hour but lasted 30 minutes. It was extremely overpriced as well. What a rip off!

      Hi Sherrie. Something's not adding up here. Did you go on another ghost tour besides ours and confuse reviews? I checked the video at the fort, and the tour was a full hour. Another guest on the same night left a review saying ours was the best ghost tour they've been on. Looking at your reservation, I see you booked for December 2 but showed up on December 1, so I'm thinking you might have confused tours. Either way, I'm sorry part of your time in Key West was lousy. I'll ask Robert the Doll to make it up to you. Happy hauntings.

      I guess I enjoy ghost tours more for the history in the places they are located. This was just cheesy and not worth the money. The guide took us in 10 feet of the fort and sat us down for a 20 mi Ute boring movie. My friend actually fell asleep. It was easily the worst ghost tour I’ve been on. Super disappointed.

      Thanks for your review. Please let us know where you felt our advertising was misleading so we can address it. We've been hunting ghosts at the fort for years, and this is the first time we've heard this. Guests regularly experience paranormal activity, but ghosts are not on-demand performers. We're always looking to improve, so please feel free to reach out. I'll share your comment with Robert the Doll to see if we can't get some of that activity going.

      Our guide was spectacular. We had great results during our extra hour of investigation. We connected with what identified as a teenage boy in the playhouse who passed of illness with pain in his stomach! Highly recommend

      Guide was so nice definitely had some weird moments. Did the VIP experience. Had some voices come through the spirit box say my name 3 times in a row. What’s weird is my name was never said out loud. My husband calls me baby or babe so it was wild. No bad vibes from Robert. I felt bad honestly.

      Learning the history, some of the tales and of course seeing the infamous Robert the Doll Using actual ghost hunting equipment was pretty awesome as well.

      I enjoyed the tour. It was very creepy and interesting. While walking around, you can see on your EMF reader the activity. The host did well with explaining everything. Seeing Robert the Doll was spooky.

      My wife as been wanting to visit Robert for years. She was beyond excited for this tour. We experienced so much, the most amazing part was... my leg was hurting pretty bad through the tour them something put pressure on my foot and my pain immediately went away. We made contact with a spirit named David and electricity was running across us the entire time. The fort is amazing and Daniel, our guide, was amazing.

I've encountered his spirit there before. I wonder if that was who you met. The healing of your leg is incredible, too. I've seen this happen with a number of ailments.
