Dulce was phenomenal and hilarious. Interesting stories presented in a fun and entertaining way. Walking around the city and learning a little of the dark history was a great way to explore.

Dulce was an excellent and fun tour guide. Key West has a rich history. Our group very much enjoyed the ghost tour and learning some of dark details in it's history. Tour was about 1.5 hours and an easy walk.

The stories were interesting and it was fun to walk in the dark in the night. But our tour guide tried to use current day lingo too much which took away from the authenticity of the stories. I didn’t really understand why it was for adults only…?

The tour had many historical, ghostly stories about key west...we enjoyed the walking tour, though the guide did need to rely on his phone a lot for the info needed.

The stories about the radiologist and Elena. There is a lot of history about Key West. I was really surprised to hear that the island has been doubled in size. All of the stories were very entertaining.

Not suitable for children, No Refunds

Booked tour for my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Upon arriving, we were told that the children could not go on the tour. The website says "family-friendly". We were not aware that children could not go. Unable to do tour. We did not receive refund. Be aware- not for families or children. Poor customer service and misleading advertising.

Thank you for your feedback. All of our tours are clearly designated which are "Family Friendly" or "Adults Only". Ghost of Key West is our family-friendly tour for guests of all ages. We would be happy to reschedule your party for that tour which is appropriate for children.

Ghost tour guide never showed up. 15 of us just waiting for them. The no show actually ruined the night for us as we rushed through a nice dinner to make it on time.
