This tour is a LAND tour with a minivan or SUV. It is NOT a tour on the water in a boat. No admission to any museum, park, event, etc. is included in the tour cost. No diving or snorkeling gear is included or otherwise offered in the tour. No alcohol is included in any tour. Regarding cancellations: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your vacation. Due to the excessive amounts of cancellations with this third party site, we can no longer offer flexible cancelation options. However, if after booking, there is an emergency in your family, or we are under a tropical storm or hurricane watch or warning issued by the National Hurricane Center, please call us immediately to discuss the issue and we will work with you in such instances. Please also understand that your average daily rain showers do not constitute cancellation. In the event of actual severe weather, we will reach out to you as soon as possible. Please include your hotel/resort/vacation rental address when making your reservation, as well as the time of day you would like to be picked up. *** PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 316.613, that states: "while transporting a child in a motor vehicle operated on the roadways, streets, or highways of this state, shall, if the child is 5 years of age or younger, provide for protection of the child by properly using a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint device.", I require ALL children aged 5 and under to be in a child safety seat. Children 4 & 5 may use a booster. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE CHILD SEAT OR BOOSTER. We do NOT provide them due to liability reasons.
