Sunset was good. The staff was attentive and hard working. We were lucky that the cruise wasnt overly crowded. Getting drinks would have been annoying on a crowded cruise. Plenty of snorkeling time. Snorkeling site not the best if you're an experienced snorkeler.

This was a really nice experience. Great crew. We did see some dolphins. Saw fish, lobsters and crabs snorkeling. We were not able to use fins due to the depth of the water. Sunset was awesome! Great view!

Amazing experience. Don't book the trip through Viator if Vendor is offering it for cheaper price. Viator says price match guarantee but don't end up responding when you try to get the price match. The experience itself was awesome if you're going first time or have some snorkeling experience. Swimming is not needed although if you fear the water and struggle in pools then you may want to just stay on the boat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just one complaint, one of the beer was warm :(

Sunset Cruise

The cruise left the docks at 5:30 and returned at 8:30 so we didn’t see the actual sunset. DJ music only on way back. There was no live music and the only beer on tap was Miller Light until they tapped a keg of Yuengling as we were halfway back. Bartenders did provide occasional beer from the fridge. Food was tasty but simple. Lots of people but plenty of room on boat with lower and upper decks. We met some new friends. We chose not to snorkel.

The crew was awesome. The DJ was awesome. It was a little confusing at first how you get checked in to go on the cruise, but other than that, it was an awesome cruise. Plenty of room on the boat. Generally a great sunset cruise!

Premium drink upgrade not worth it.

Beware that if you decide to purchase the premium drink upgrade and have anyone under the age of 21 in your party they will charge you the upgrade for everyone. Tried to get refund for upgrade for the two youngsters in our group but they would not refund me. And just FYI, the premium alcohol is definitely not premium alcohol. If I had booked through the actual company instead of Viator I would of been refunded. Do yourself a favor and do not book through Viator.

Sunset Cruise done right.

This was our first trip to the Keys and First time using Viator. The transaction was smooth and the hosts were great. The boat was clean and the crew courteous. The Captain placed the boat perfectly to get great shots of the sunset. you could tell it wasn't his first time. The DJ played great music and we had a great time.

Our experience was very good. The crew made everything simple and easy. We loved the drinks and the food was actually pretty good. Definitely recommend upgrading to the premium liquor option before you board. Oh, also, make sure to be there at least 10-15 before boarding time. The boats leaves promptly at 5PM.

Every part of this excursion was better than I expected. The snorkeling alone was something I had been petrified of doing, but the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable! The drinks and food were a plus we honestly even forgot about - the live music was our favorite part once we got out of the water! The captain was so fun and friendly too. 100% will be doing this again the next time I'm in the keys!
