What To Expect

At least 30 minutes before your boat is due to depart, arrive at Ton Sai Pier on Koh Phi Phi Don.

Then, you’ll board your ferry destined for Krabi Passenger Port. Choose a seat on the upper deck or inside with the air-conditioning. After around two hours, you’ll arrive at Krabi Passenger Port, where you can travel onwards to your accommodation.

Check in was a bit confusing but once that was figured out everything went smoothly😀. Ferry was very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

The staff take care of heavy luggage for you - stored inside for your journey and then unloaded onto the dock after for pick up.

The whole trip was a nightmare. The check in at Phi Phi was chaotic and staff were disorganised and extremely rude. The ferry we were travelling on was not in my opinion seaworthy with signs of rust and decay throughout. The seating was dirty, very tired, uncomfortable and the whole experience spoilt what was a brilliant stay on a paradise island.
