Amazing experience. Our driver brought us to the most beautiful places in the island. He is an excellent driver and spoke very good English. We could communicate perfectly with him. I highly recommend this experience to anyone that wants to experience the highlights of Koh Samui.

He was great. We knew what we wanted to see so just needed someone to ferry us around and give some advice and tips. Lovely air con car and he waited for us however long we took at each attraction which we really appreciated. We do not like tours with 20+ people waiting around so appreciated he was completely on our time and gave some great suggestions. Would book again.

Koh Samui was amazing!!! Our driver Koi was great! She took us to many beautiful locations on the island. This experience was cheaper than the same one offered thru the cruise line and offered way more as well! We will definitely recommend this to anyone going to Koh Samui. Viator is the way to go!!!

Mr Ho was a good driver, spoke well english and i appreciated the safe driving (no stress lol) as some drivers can be cowboys in thailand, after 3 weeks we experimented some haha

Very disappointing unless you just want a taxi ride

Seeing Temple and some of the site, including the water fall was beautiful. Thought this was a tour. Our driver could not speak English and did not say a word just drove us, kept stopping and letting us out we walked around aimlessly. We did see beautiful things, but we had no idea what we were looking at. We wish we would’ve gone on a private tour with someone local, who spoke English, I do not recommend this. It is the first time I’ve been very disappointed with Viator as we use them all over the world, but this was nothing like it explained it is no more than a taxi ride. I do not recommend this to a waste of money.

Absolutely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

Absolutely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I had the misfortune of booking a tour with this operator (My Phuket) and it turned out to be a complete disaster. First and foremost, the tour guide never showed up at the designated meeting spot. I was left waiting for over an hour, clueless and frustrated. When I contacted the company to inquire about the guide's whereabouts, I was met with an appalling response. The person on the other end of the line was not only unhelpful but also used inappropriate language. Their unprofessionalism was shocking. To add insult to injury, when I requested a refund due to the no-show of their guide, my request was outright denied. This is unacceptable customer service and a total breach of trust and professionalism. I would strongly advise against using this tour operator. Their lack of responsibility, rude customer service, and refusal to issue a refund for their own failure to provide the service promised is inexcusable. Save your time and money and choose a more reliable company.

Ha was a great driver who knew exactly all the right highlights to hit during the trip, including a pretty cool restaurant atop a mountain for lunch. He met us at the cruise/ferry terminal on time, sparing us from having to deal with the sea of taxis and van tours clamoring for our baht. The company itself was communicative and the tour was as advertised. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our tour of Koh Samui. Unfortunately I can't remember our guide's name but he was terrific. He asked us what we wanted to see (waterfalls, beaches, temples) and we had a great time on the island. We even visited a friend near the end of the day. A perfect tour and awesome driver. Returned to our ship with plenty of time to spare. Would do it again in a minute.

This was so worth the money we were on our own watch for the 4 hours we booked and we even asked the driver if there was anything he recommended and he squeezed 3 more places in making 7 in total we got to see! It only took up our morning we would of been waiting to check in our hotel. Driver was lovely

Our driver/guide was very professional and helpful. He spoke English very well. I would highly recommend him for any tours or transit drives. He drove my wife and I to Santiburi golf course and dropped us off at 10:00 am. I needed a couple of HP ink cartridges for my printer and he drove to three stores, located what I needed and met us back at the course at 3:00 pm. A very helpful gentleman.
