The transfer from our hotel worked well, but the driver seemed super annoyed and stressed. The jet ski ride was awesome though! If you're planning on going to Pig Island anyway, I would definitely recommend doing it on the jet skis. The snorkeling was okay, but a bit superfluous in our opinion. Overall though, it was a cool trip that we would recommend. Tip for the ladies: take pants or shorts with you to ride the jet ski. With wet bikini bottoms, it feels like you're on a water slide.

Be aware that the price quoted is in US dollars which was not apparent until my credit card was charged. This made it a much more expensive outing. Probably would not have done it for the additional $100 charged.

Great tour in theory but hard to keep other tourists in line while on a JetSki

While the Safari guides were lovely and tried to keep the group going ad best as they could, the trip for my wife and I was spoiled by a group of four Israeli men who acted more like children than men. They consistently failed to follow to instructions, which I am sure they understood as they were given to them in Hebrew (one of the guides was also Israeli). This was scary at times for us, because our safety on the JetSki was also dependant on them maintaining safe distances, and again, generally following instructions. One of the men even managed to bump our JetSki when we were not moving - this again because of a blatant disregard for the rules/instructions. While of course that's due to no fault of the guides, I reckon more safety measures/enforcement measures should be put in place for a tour like this. This was the first time my wife and I had been on a JetSki, and you're kinda thrown into the deep end with it. That in itself could have been scary for some, but the seemingly incontrollable group of men is what prompted me to write this review. On a slightly less important note (to us because we'd already snorkelled plenty), we didn't get to snorkel on this tour because the sea was a bit choppy and we could not park. The possibility of this happening was never disclosed to us ahead of time, so if a big drive to this tour for you is the snorkelling, bare this in mind. Although I loved the JetSking and Pig Island, overall, I wouldn't recommend the experience. If you want t JetSki, maybe just hire a JetSki and try out 1st without having to follow a route with other people.

Thank you for review😊 As you mentioned we do take safety very seriously and every tour have a short brief before departure. We also cannot tell what kind of people going to join and if checking our other reviews can see that on other days people had a great time. The guides try to make sure everyone follow the rules and drive safe not to risk others. In extreme cases the guided can stop the tour and eliminate anyone who dont follow the rules or dont listen to the guides. We cannot control Ocean conditions and if its not safe to park we might change, shorten or end the tour before time in the event of extreme weather/Sea conditions that might happen in tropical area. We can offer private tour as well for different price so you can go out with the guide only😊🙏🏼

Jet Ski time is a little short

Jet Ski is great, snorkeling not worth the time and there are about 20 other boats at pig Island at the same time, so the place is really crowded. I personally would rather recommend a privat tour which gives you more jetski time

Thank you for review us and great to know you had a great time... in the middle of the high season the most popular locations are crowded indeed. The snorkeling is a great place but it seems that at the day you traveled the Water visibility wasn't so good, it is something we have no control of :-)

Wir hatten Samstag 14Uhr gebucht leider war der Termin aber nicht mehr verfügbar das hat der Veranstalter uns auch direkt mitgeteilt und Ausweichtermine zur Verfügung gestellt und wir konnten direkt morgens um 8 Uhr dadurch los. Es hatte mega viel Spaß gemacht die Jetskis waren neu. Schnorcheln war auch gut man hatte klare Sicht un es waren viele Meeresbewohner zu sehen. Pig Island sind halt paar Schweine kann man sich mal anschauen. Top hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

Guids konnten kein wort deutsch. Brachen beim Schnorcheln die letzten lebenden korallen ab und packten sie heimlich in tüten. Dann ein unnötiger stopp auf einer insel bei dem keiner wusste was jetzt passiert oder gemacht werden konnte. Das jetski fahren hat aber riesen spass gemacht!

We are sorry our team cannot speak German. We offer a pre departure brief in English, going over all the tour details and how to operate Jetski as well as safety procedure... We have 1 stop on a beautiful bay that can play the water, take amazing pictures, enjoy the scene, guides will serve cold drinking water to everyone. Later go to Snorkeling reef to observe marine life, we provide the snorkeling gear. Last is stop on Matsum iskland where there are pigs too, amazing beach, can swim, relax, enjoy the water and offcurse pictures the Pigs. If the afternoon tour can enjoy sunset when the weather clear.
