Playing Time: 2 hrs. Total tour time since starting at pick-up time takes around 4 hours.
Children under 8 years are not permitted on the ride. Participants must be between the ages of 9-60 yrs old.
Participants must be able to reach up to the height of at least 120 cm.
Participants must also not weigh over 120kg to join the activity
It is NOT advisable that elder people above 61-year-old participate. If you are pregnant or have back, neck, acrophobia, joint or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether or not to participate

What an amazing morning from start to finish. The staff that took us round the zip lines made it even more memorable with being so friendly and funny. Made everyone feel relaxed and had a good laugh. The zip lines were fantastic and all different and had the most amazing views!! I would definitely do this again couldn’t recommend more. They made my day very special as well as they knew it was my birthday❤️

Fun ride

Went with a group of 3. Loved the place. The guys make sure you're strapped in correctly but at the same time they also crack jokes and make sure everyone is comfortable. We did 8 rides, totally worth the money. You can keep your valuables in a closed locker or have a small crossbody bag to keep your phone in to snatch a couple of good photos. The cafe there has a great view as well and is a nice touch at the end of the ride. For ladies I advise to wear long pants as the straps might not feel that comfortable with shorts.

I went there with my 10yo daughter, we have so much fun. We joined 1pm session.The activity lasts for 3 hours, the staff picked us from hotel at 12:15 and we are back to hotel 3:45. Tree Bridge Coffee place has beautiful view and offered 1 free drink per person. Staff are very kids friendly.

Not good customer service by the vendor.

First time I've been refused a refund on Viator despite having a valid. I've been using Viator for almost a decade now. The sad part is I would have booked for another day anyway.

Love this! The zip guides were friendly and fun and made it a very enjoyable experience. The zip line and you feel like you are flying in the trees. The area is absolutely beautiful and the cafe is soo cool!! I could spend all day there. The coffee was delicious. We didn’t eat lunch there but the menu looked really good. Lots of options. This is a must do. Our 13yo son hates everything and he had the biggest smile the entire day (his first zip line). If you’re considering it I highly recommend!

We had a lot of fun and it’s safe. The instructor was also good. We have a little comment. However, there should be drinking water provided at some stations, so that people don’t get dehydrated

Rubbish operator. I was waiting in the hotel lobby for an hour. Called this lady called Sugar who then informed me the trip was cancelled due to the weather. Seriously why can’t inform earlier even though i left my WhatsApp contact. Not interested at all!

I’m absolutely petrified of heights, but had always wanted conquer it and to zip line, and I’m so glad I chose this! They were so patient with me as I tried to psyche myself up and so helpful in how to zip line safely and properly. I started off scared, but finished off absolutely loving it! The views are fantastic and worth it alone. There’s also a lovely waterfall to see just up from the cafe. A lovely afternoon, definitely recommend it !

Die Fahrt durch den Dschungel zum Veranstaltungsort war schon aufregend. Die beiden Thai's die unsere Gruppe durch die Seilbahnen schickten waren sehr lustig wodurch der Spaß noch größer war. Die Seilbahn Fahrten dauerten ca. 1,5 Stunden was mehr als genug war. Danach hatte man noch ca. 40 min in dem Tree Cafe Zeit für ein Getränk sowie dem Gang zum kleinen Wasserfall durch den Dschungel. Die Aussicht im Cafe ist phänomenal. Ein tolles Erlebnis rundum. Alles zusammen, inkl Abholung und Rückfahrt dauerte ca. 3,5 Stunden.

De 7 zipp lijnen waren erg leuk. Helaas was alles na zo’n 45 minuten afgelopen. Ook geen waterval gezien zoals wordt aangegeven. Al met al n beetje tegenvallend.

Die Zipline macht Spaß,aber es gab nur ein Getränk auf Nachfrage hin und Snacks sowie es aufgelistet ist gab es gar nicht obwohl man dafür bezahlt hat. Der Veranstalter stellt sich tot,daher gibt es diese konsequente 1-Stern Bewertung. Das geht halt einfach nicht,man sollte das liefern was angepriesen und bezahlt wird.
