We had a great time at Kinabalu park and at the canopy walk with our guide, Tiana. The first stop was the botanical gardens where Tiana was helpful in explaining all the endemic plants. Next was the canopy walk over an amazing forest. We were then able to have time to ourselves where we saw a waterfall in the park. We were very lucky as Tiana had heard that there was rafflesia flower in bloom nearby so we stopped off there on the way back. Overall it was an amazing day - definitely recommend!

Sensational rainforest experience and canopy walk!

We had a very enjoyable and rewarding trip to the Kinabalu Park and the Poring Hot Spring area. The highlight for me was to see the amazing rainforest trees at Poring that were towering over the landscape and the canopy walk was an unforgettable experience too. Richard was superb as the guide and he was very polite and friendly and answered our questions patiently. The restaurant at Poring was very nice and the restrooms in the area are super clean as well. Overall a superb experience and one that I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a day in the midst of the rainforest!

Enjoyable trip at Kinabalu Park & Hot Spring. Guide was very knowledge and patient especially doing the Canopy Walk as some of the visitors were slow. We were also blessed to be able to view the Rafflesia at one of the garden farm thanks to the Guide.

Not so great tour

Really bad things—never got a response from company on multiple messages 30 minutes late on Pickup with no warning Driver was horrible on stick shift! Pretty rough roads for 3 hour journey each way The hot springs are not for swimming, but rather for dipping your feet only English wasn’t great and he spoke too softly, through a mask Good things—tour guide knew his flora Canopy walk in jungle was 140 feet above the trees, jungle floor—pretty amazing Lunch was so so Overall, not sure I’d do it again…it was a 13-hour day with not a lot of payback

Our guide Neil was excellent, he was keen to make sure we enjoyed this activity. He was most informative during our visit to the Botanical Gardens, which my wife and I found very interesting.
