I enjoyed every minute of the experience. Olga was so welcoming and friendly, she made it all interesting, with stories of culture and history. The dumpling making was great and the eating, so good. I'm looking forward to sharing my knowledge of making dumplings, polish style, with family and friends. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Krakow.

Fun making Pierogies

Olga began by walking us around the outdoor food market and pointing out various Polish foods which was terrific since we are both Polish Americans and I remember eating many of the foods growing up. She was an excellent teacher at her home kitchen, giving instructions on making the Pierogie dough and fillings. We ate everything we made that day for lunch and left with recipes so we could duplicate the experience back home. She was well prepared, skillful, and engaging. I highly recommend her tour.

Olga was a wonderful host and teacher. She met us on time and she led us through two amazing markets educating us on local specialties items and what to look for. The 4 of us then went to her apartment and had a great time making snd eating pierogis using her family recipe while we shared stories and got to know one another. Very grateful for her warmth and kindness.

Olga was wonderful! My sister and I have made pierogi in the past but were struggling to get it perfect (and sometimes even edible, haha). Olga's recipe and technique that she shared with us turned out the most tender and delicious ones we have ever made. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Krakow.

Culture and heritage in a wonderful setting

I've had many a perogi in both the US and Poland. These were easily the best. Very nice experience just outside the city center. The farmer's market was really beautiful with the amount of items you can get and their quality. Olga was very informative about what we were getting and why. Where things come from and about the city itself. The process of making perogies isn't challenging; but, I did need some extra assistance in making mine. All steps were well explained and demonstrated. The cheese and sausage were so wonderful. If I was feeling better I would have eaten so much more. The whole experience was very friendly and informative. Obviously recommend and would easily do it again if I were traveling with someone who had the interest.

One of the best activities we’ve done whilst travelling! If you’re looking for a unique experience getting to know and taste Poland's cuisine whilst learning a new skill then look no further. We went around a small local market to collect ingredients for the cooking class and to buy some polish snacks along the way, it was so nice to see all of the fresh ingredients. (Something we would have easily missed if we didn’t book this activity). Olga was so friendly and made it feel like visiting a long term friend! She gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat and see. We made so many pierogi that we even were able to take some home with us to eat for dinner! We highly recommend this activity!

Olga was a fantastic hostess and instructor. I feel we will be able to make pierogi with our family at home and teach our grandchildren how to make them. We had a great group of people to share our experience with and made new friends. We started out by going to the market to buy fresh ingredients. we learned about the products there and sampled some meat and cheeses. Olga had us some snacks to eat while we discussed the recipe. The finished pierogi was delicious and no one left hungry. I highly recommend this cooking experience with Olga!

Absolutely one of the highlights of our trip to Europe! Olga is lovely and the market experience is a lot of fun. The pierogis we made were absolutely divine and the whole time was quite memorable. A nice complement to lots of walking and sightseeing.

I am part Polish, and although I make great Latvian pierogis, I never made Polish ones. I will now! Olga did a great job teaching us (3 others we did not know). It was great starting at the market for the cheese and fruit for snacks. The pierogis were so delicate and flavorful. I didn't give it a 5 star because we had to walk further to her apartment than I expected.
