    Read the reviews and thought this sounded like the best way to go forward. It really was. The museum was packed with youngsters (refreshingly!) but our wonderful guide, Ewa, swept us past and gave us the most fascinating insight into the occupation of Krakow from 1939 to the end of the war. This isn’t just about Schindler and you are in the admin block, not the factory (you do get to see his original office and desk) but the tour is so worthwhile. Ewa drew out all the important points and had plenty of time for questions, even about the Soviet occupation after the liberation. If this was the only thing you did in Krakow, it would be worth the whole trip. Since it covers the whole period of the Second World War, you get a more comprehensive understanding than the tour Auschwitz-Birkenau, which, obviously, just covers those places.

    Ewa was a wonderful guide and teacher who added so much context and knowledge to the experience. The museum itself covers so much ground and information beyond the Schindler story which was wonderful but Ewa had a special talent for making sure that the individual victims, heroes, and bystanders were never lost or their stories oversimplified in the broader sweep of the history being related. I am grateful for how she created a conversation and preserved the complexity and humanity of the individuals impacted so tragically. She was also quite generous with her time at the end of the tour. So much to process mentally and emotionally. I am grateful to have had Ewa as a guide

    We were lucky to have the tour guide to ourselves as it was just the 2 of us. She was very welcoming, friendly and informative. Answered all questions and she had spoken with survivors. The tour was set at a good pace

    Ewa was our guide on an extremely cold Krakow morning. The cold worked in our favour as the museum was largely empty. Ewa was extremely knowledgeable and informative and really bought to life the stories within the museum walls.

    Our tour guide, Ava, was amazing. Upon arrival to Schindler's Factory, It was so crowded that we were worried about finding our tour guide. Luckily, our group was so small that she was able to find us. She gave us clear instruction about bathrooms and checking our coats and other items that we didn't want to carry along the tour. The place was rather crowded as mentioned, but that didn't stop Ava. She wasn't rude about it either. The tour was very informative and I loved that she involved the kids. I would recommend this tour with Ava to anyone interested in this history.

    This is a very popular site with a long queue at entrance so this skip the line with a professional guide is very valuable. Although there are many things on display but I think it's very important to have guide to explain everything. And our guide is super nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
