Informative and interesting

What an experience. Initially we weren't going to go to Schindler's factory but so glad we did. Mateusz was a phenomenal guide. He was so knowledgeabe and willing to answer questions and not rush through or dismiss guest questions because of time restrictions he took his time and was very polite and considerate. The factory doesn't just focus on Schindler himself and Mateusz provided us with background information and tied in where he fitted in with history. Our group was about 10 people and this worked really well because it gave Mateusz time to interact with us. Glad we got in so last minute. If you're going to do this tour, book with Mateusz, you will not be disappointed!!!! Thanks Mat!

Fabulous guide . Informative , full of fun. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Thought there might be more info regarding how Schindler rescued the children and how the factory worked though.

Good but not what we expected

We were in a group of about 10 people. The guide explained that in this tour Schindler is a background character. The tour we was given was Krakow under the nazis. We saw the factory and the guide stopped at certain points and explained things to us. There are some eye opening moments on this tour. Which made it all the better. It took about 90 minutes to complete. But do yourself a favour and go to the Jewish Ghetto Memorial in Krakow and the remains of Plaszow concentration camp beforehand. It all ties in

Great presenter and tour! Well worth visiting and touring, if traveling to Krákow. The tour guide is excited to tell the story. I would say that although Schindler’s weaknesses and self-aggrandizement should be mentioned/don’t harp on it because that’s not the story. The story is by helping those he helped—generations were saved.

We had an excellent tour guide—very knowledgeable. Despite grappling with a hangover from the previous night, I had a remarkable experience. I can only imagine it would have been even better if I were fully alert. However, it's essential to note that the museum primarily focuses on the WWII period in Poland, not Oskar Schindler's life. So, do not hesitate to book the tour if you're into history. Also, make sure to grab complimentary stamped time cards (as souvenirs) while tagging along with the tour.

A personal and informative experience, our guide was excellent. It is timed so if you prefer to take your own time around the museum then it perhaps isn’t the best option for you. However, I found that it made the information and things to look at much more digestible, and all key elements of the museum were addressed during the tour.

Easy to book. Wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. The museum itself is laid out well, really good exhibits and well organised, found it so interesting, however, what made it better is the guide Joanna. I would recommend visiting this museum with a guide! Joanna added so much background and details which tied it all together, she was wonderful. She met us (and the other participants) as informed, at the meeting place with her yellow umbrella. There was some disagreement to begin with where a member of the group hadn't paid attention to the meet up time confirmation (which the museum themselves set for the tour company) this particular individual was rude, aggressive and disinterested from the start and throughout the tour until she eventually walked off ahead/left, however, Joanna remained calm, assertive and professional throughout. The reason I'm adding this into my review is in case of a negative review from the other party and to let the company know how brilliant Joanna was. She is an absolute asset for this tour, ensuring everyone understood the history behind the exhibits, the adults and my 13 year old daughter as well as answering any questions we had. I can not praise her enough!
