    1. Pick-up from Kuala Lumpur International Airport either KLIA1 or Main (M) Terminal of KLIA 2. 2. Finish Tour Drop-off at Kuala Lumpur City Hotels / Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA1 / KLIA2). 3. Airport Paging services maybe available at times. Hence, there will be a representative holding a card with your name in it and the representative will bring you directly to the vehicle. 4.Or if the paging services not available during that time, the operator will provide details of the driver and vehicle no. before the tour. Driver will contact you once your flight has landed. Once you have finished your custom clearance, kindly proceed to exit and inform the driver which gate number you are waiting, the driver will come and fetch you.

    Our driver gave us an enjoyable experience, the tour is worthy bc is a big and so hot city and the private car can make it much better the experience, our guide was explaining everything and attending our request. More than a grateful experience 🙏

    We took a day off from our trip to Bali/Singapore to see Kuala Lumpur. Flew roundtrip from Singapore (arrived 8:05 am to leave KL 6:40pm). Other than 45 minutes at Baku Cave, utterly wasted trip. Driver/guide's English was poor and he was soft spoken. Faced forward while driving and could never understand what he was saying. Other than Baku Cave, we made NONE of the numerous stops on the published agenda. Everything was "drive by and take a quick picture" (partially obstructed) from the back seat of the car. Took us back to the airport at 2pm for our 6:40pm flight. Total waste of our time and money. After over 3 dozen overseas good-to-excellent Viator bookings in the last 11 years, this was the first worthless trip. Total cost for flights and booking was over $1,200, but the biggest cost was the lost day that we could have otherwise enjoyed in Bali or Singapore.

    I booked this trip for my parents during their 12 hour layover at KLIA. Akshay the driver was excellent. He was able to connect with them and took them around KL at their own pace. He was also great at keeping me posted throughout the day. Highly recommended.

    Best tour and the best way to maximize your waiting time for your next flight. Driver was very caring and the car was so cool. Definately will repeat again for some other tour if I had the chance to come to Malaysia again.
