    My Exp on the Half Day Tour KL

    We had a decent experience on this tour with Prompt Services from the Tour Operator. Even though there was an error made during my booking by me, they tried their best to accomodate and kept me updated from time to time. The Tour Guide was very Cordial. The Petronas Tower Experience was the Best and Scintillating, and were followed by The chocolate factory, Malaysian Special Tea Shop Visit and were very good. Other Attractions were a mere stop by and sufficient time was given to capture moments.
    Great tour, highly recommended.

    Nice tour with Ragu

    Great tour and plenty of things to see in a very short time. Ragu-the driver and tour guide was on time and picked me up from the hotel. The driving was very comfortable and smooth. Perfect organization. Ragu was very friendly and made sure that I felt well. I fully recommend this tour if you do not have too much time in KL. The views from Petronas Twin Tower were great, I also enjoyed the visit to chocolate factory - I bought some chocolate and it was delicious. Thank you Ragu for making a great tour and stay in Kuala Lumpur.

    Basically a tax service

    driver was friendly, but definitely not a tour guide. he spoke very little English, so we didn’t really learn about the sites that we saw. basically this was a glorified taxi service taking you to the sites with a language barrier. i would always read the fine print, we expected a tour guide who spoke English, this was not the case. would not recommend.

    Hi, thank you for your feedback. However our product already mentioned clearly in the exclusion that there is no Tour Guide for this tour. We have English speaking drivers who speaks English well. The drivers will normally gives brief explanation of the places visited. We could not agree that there is a language barrier with you and the driver. Thanks

    Bad experience. Staring with driver arriving 25 minutes late for pickup. (And traffic is not an excuse)

    On that day, the traffic was unpredictable, and it was really massive. We did apologize earlier and inform you in the email driver will be late to pickup. The driver was late for about 15 minutes and not 25 minutes as mentioned. Driver did bring to all of the places and some places cannot be enter as it is government building. Hope you understand. Thanks.
    We went on a few tourist attractions and ended up with the twin towers visit. Amazing experience overall
