The car was not up to...
Nadjah_A, Nov 2023
The car was not up to standard and definitely not worth the 140 $ that was charged The lady driver even took my son away without telling me and I panicked looking for him

We provide these cars for all tours, no complaints about car. Your miss your children and my driver find for you, without a proof don't make a false complaint.
Overpriced tour--just go to Batu Caves on your own

Batu Caves is worth the trip, but you can get there on your own by train pretty easily. The first day of Eid Adha was not the right day for the elephant sanctuary, as they were not taking the elephants to the river or out in the open circles. it was basically looking at elephants in a pen, and I felt I could have gone to the zoo for that. Also, there was no food available. Someone from the company could have suggested another day for this trip. My guide was very nice to talk to for the long drive into the highlands.

Nice Trip to Batu Caves and Elephants!

It was our first time in Malaysia and we were very happy to experience this agency. The day before the journey startet, we got texted one day in advance with details to driver and car. Everything happens as mentioned by the agency, we had no waiting time. Our driver was very kind and had a lot of information about Malaysia and the places we visited. First stop was Batu Caves, then we drove to a shop where handmade silk clothes were sold. Even though it was a shop, I did not feel any pressure to buy something here. People were very kind and showed us their craft of coloring the silk clothes. Afterwards we headed to the elephant orphanage, we’re he organized the access to the areal. He even managed to locate us around the other tourists at the elephant orphanage so that we had a little time without other people at the elephants. Normally the tour would have ended here, but we asked him, if it was possible to go for some fireflies and blue tears. This wasn’t a problem. He called his agents and made a very fair price for the extended tour. After enjoying some local food with the driver, we went to the boat station for the fireflies and blue tears. And here I definitely have to mention, that he really cared about us: He spoke with the salesman from the boat rental who organize the tour to see the blue lights. After that he recommended us not to book the tour, since there would be only a very slight chance to see the blue lights and we therefor may “loose” that money. Thankfully he told us so and we only made the fireflies tour. All in all we spent the day from 10 am to 10pm together. It was never boring, we had always nice chats together and the feeling, that here is someone who really cares about his customers and tries to make everything possible at fair prices. The only thing we have to get used to is the Malaysian style of driving - but that is another story.
