AMAZING!!!

Ephesus was a bucket list item for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our tour guide Ozi (Apologies re spelling) was incredible. He was extremely friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. He brought Ephesus alive and is an amazing cultural ambassador for Turkey. High point of our cruise. Don’t hesitate to book this tour. AMAZING!! Thank you so much for the wonderful memories!

The Terrace Houses were spectacular, as was walking the streets of ancient Ephesus. Carpet making was fascinating, though the sales pitches get uncomfortable.

Our tour guide was very accommodating- we requested our start time at 11 instead of 9 am due to luggage and flight delays - turned out to be a personalized tour - enjoyed the lost city and terraced houses- guide was super nice and very informative - also enjoyed the lovely lunch planned - a day well spent !

Ozzy was an AMAZING guide. He was extremely knowledgeable no matter what questions my family of four came up with. He worked well with my two sons (ages 10 & 12). We always felt safe in his presence since he knew many of the locals and knew the area well. Superb guide. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to anyone that asks for a tour guide in Ephesus.

This is a great way to see Ephesus when your ship docks at Kusadasi. The Terrace Houses were a highlight and our guide was informative and fun. Ephesus is a must see while in Kusadasi. I highly recommend this tour.

Our small group tour of Ephesus was amazing, and our guide took us to a beautiful outdoor restaurant for a Turkish lunch that was so delicious (not part of the tour, but we enjoyed it)! I don’t recommend the high pressure sales pitch for Turkish rugs after, though!

Fusun was a great guide! She had a lot of knowledge and we did not feel rushed wherever we went! We could have done without the leather fashion show as it seemed out of place for the type of tour we signed up for, but we loved the market, Ephesus, and the house of the Mother Mary.

Gorkey Tour of Virgin Mary's House and Ephysus in Turkey

Gorkey, our tour guide ws exceptional. We were picked up in a very comfortable mini bus and on our dive Gorkey not only clearly explained what we would see, but lso gave us history and Culture of Turkey. We visited Mary's house and Ephysus. Gorkey led us through Ephysus and continually at each section explained in detail what we were seeing and how it mattered. It was a great history lesson in the middle of such a historical site. A beautiful day and great tour.

Inan was our tour guide and he was excellent. He had such great knowledge of the history of Ephesus. Every stop we made was wonderful. I would highly recommend the tour and Inan.

What a lovely personal experience. Our cruise ship was fully booked on large coaches. So we booked onto a similar mini group. What a joy, the guide was so informative and pleasant and we only had 4 of us on the bus, meaning we could beat the queues and get up close and personal. 'Sam' our guide was excellent.

We were about 15 minutes early and had to wait for another group/family that was joining us. We waited for 50 minutes before we finally we able to leave. This was obviously not the tour company's fault but it was a slow start to the day. Once we got going, the tour was wonderful. Very professional and informative.

Excellent tour and much better than cruise line excursions

Excellent tour with pick up near cruise terminal of Kuşadası. My friend and I had recently been to Ephesus in May 2022 as a group of 4. On that trip we used the Oceania cruise line excursion. I wish we had booked this tour instead! Our guide excellent guide Artu was more informative and we were able to add the House of Mary and a trip to see Turkish ceramics being made. We met two other cruisers from our ship and short walk to a comfortable minivan. Excellent driver as well who brought us close to the sites. Because this group is smaller than the cruise ship excursions (bus load of people), we were able to see much more! Ephesus itself is a true wonder and Terrace homes are very interesting. We also saw ruins of Temple of Apollo and our guide timed our trip to House of Mary so not as crowded (the cruise ship groups had left). We decided as a group to skip lunch and chose to visit a lovely ceramic workshop in old town Selcuk. This was totally optional. Highly recommend a small group tour with this company!
