    • The tour with the GPS multi-language (English, Chinese, Korean) earphone guide. You can choose the language channel you want, but the machine only has a signal in the bus. Please don't take it out of the bus to avoid losing it. Don't forget to return the interpreter at the end of the tour.
    • Lunch is not included in the tour. Instead passengers can enjoy their lunch around Arashiyama area of their own choice.
    • Please arrive at the meeting place 20 minutes before departure. We recommend you check the meeting place in advance. Even if you are late, the bus will depart on time, and you cannot join the tour on the way. Please note that if you miss the bus, you will be considered to have given up boarding, and no refunds will be given.
    • After arriving at each sightseeing spot, the guide will inform you of the next meeting time on the whiteboard, so be sure to check it and return to the bus on time.
    • The bus ticket can also be used as an admission ticket to enter each tourist facility. It cannot be reissued if lost. Please keep it in a safe place until the end of the tour.

        Rip off and very poor expectation

        Firstly we arrived 20 minutes early as stated on booking. Did not know we had to go to ticket desk. Ticket desk did not recognise travel company. Only in our 3rd trip back to ticket desk did they give us another ticket to a bus tour that was not English. And on the ticket it was 6400 yen. We paid over 10000 yen through this Viator travel company. Absolutely feel ripped off and angry we were put on a tour that we could not understand. Not recommended

        Il s'agit en fait d'un car qui nous transporte vers chacun des sites, dans lequel l'audio-guide en anglais se limite à une vidéo en boucle traitant de généralités. La guide, bien que sympatique, dispensait toutes les explications en japonais et avait du mal à aligner deux mots d'anglais d'affilée...
