Fuji was very informative, friendly, funny and helpful. He offered terrific advise for touring the venues. I highly recommend him as a guide and driver. This was an amazing tour.

Great locations and way to see Kyoto when you only have a day. We were disappointed in our tour guide, she was nice but offered no real guide or insight about any of the sites we were going to see. We were dropped off and picked up. Our expectation was she would have come with us and explained the sites as we were first time visitors. We could have just hired a taxi. The lunch spot she picked was fantastic and she was always on time and communicated with us very clearly through what’s app. I hope this improves as Kyoto is a wonderful experience

Matsu was a great guide. He was personable and very prompt. This is not a guided tour by the way. They drive you to the sites and just drop you off - just in case you’re looking for more.

Our driver Lexi was lovely and a good driver and very accommodating and vehicle was great. We had a planned itinerary but changed it a bit to suit us. It was hot and it seemed like the whole of Kyoto was out. Highly recommend this option if you know where you want to go and have done a bit of research first (other than instagram or tik tok). Thank you! :)

My driver Lexi was wonderful . I had a chance to go to many sites . It was so efficient and it gave me ample time at each place . At my own pace. I loved I could wonder a bit in each area before jumping into the car and going to my chosen next location . I will do this again and again . It works so well !!

Had a great time! Yanagi was very funny and respectful and answered all questions we had. He made sure we knew where to go and coordinated the entire day. He was adaptable to any ideas we had and he knew where he was going and what he was doing. This saved us a ton of time where otherwise, we may not have been able to see as much as we did if we tried to do this on our own.

Lexi did a great job getting us from one fabulous site to another in terrible weather. See saw so much more than we would have using public transportation. She even found some cherry trees in bloom even though it was early.

This tour was the best money spent in Kyoto. Fuji was our tour guide/driver and was terrific! He spoke excellent English and took us to all the best Kyoto sightseeing spots. The vehicle was extremely nice and spacious. There was 5 of us on a family vacation and he was very accommodating with our 88 year old grandmother. We so appreciated our time with Fuji, he made our Kyoto day so stress free, fun and educational. Mahalo Fujimoto-san!!!

Fujimoto is amazing. If you have a chance to go with him for the day, do it! He is safe as a driver, knowledgeable and most of all makes the day fun and interesting with his delivery of historical facts coupled with his personality! Every time he dropped us off on foot, he was at the meet point to collect us, just as he said. His recommendations for lunch and other points of the day were spot in. Our entire family will 100% book a tour with him and recommend his to our friends.

Great trip. Did it with wife and 2 boys (13,11). Driver was great. Will suggest and customize the tour for you. Make sure you have WhatsAp for communication and pickup. City was great. Make sure you do bamboo grove early - first thing. We did cuz we new it would get crowded - insane lineup going in as we left.

Driver / guide was wonderful. He made our day better even though our timing of New Year’s Eve meant many places were closed or overcrowded. He managed to find some good places to take us to and find us a good place to eat as well. He was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. His humor was infectious and made the day brighter despite the gloomy weather.

Steven was a pleasant driver. He had great advice on how to get into the more crowded locations and away made sure we knew where to go. He was able to adjust our plans on the fly as we booked last minute and had been to some of the standard locations the day before.

Booked this service at a very last minute, did not know what to expect. Communication with the company was good, reply was prompt. Mr Fuji was our driver, he is super friendly and nice, esp to the kids. He made sure we were safe and comfortable at all time. He helped us plan our day and gave us few suggestions.. and even a plan B if our plan didnt work! We had a booking at Arashiyama rickshaw (which we totally would recommend everyone to do instead of walking the whole place) he brought us straight to the office and we were greated like a VIP. Overall it was a very pleasant trip! Highly recommended!
