We are sincerely sorry for the experience you had during your excursion. We deeply apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a working toilet on the bus. We take our customers' feedback very seriously, however the itinerary has pre-determined stopping points and the point where you stopped is exactly halfway between Como and St Moritz. If more stops were to be scheduled, it would extend the waiting time and the duration of the tour too much. We hope you have made a full recovery and thank you for sharing your experience with us.
