We had the best time! Beatrice was a fantastic host. We made fresh fettuccine and ravioli with simple, yet delicious sauces. Then we finished with homemade tiramisu. We learned so much and had great conversations about Italy, food, music and travel. We highly recommend this experience!!

Really fun experience. Our hostess Anna was witty, informative and playful. Neither my husband or I drink alcohol and Anna created a wonderful mocktail for us. Above and beyond

Simona is a incredible italian cook. She is so kind and ask all the questions for you to be confortable. Her mom is adorable, she speaks italian in a lovely way and we understood everything with our hearts! Giovanna her little puppy is so cute. 😍 We felt at home, we cook, laugh and had a wonderful conversation in English with Simona. I had never had a chance to make a fresh pasta. Wow, that pasta was so good and simple. The way Simona teaches you with encouragement and clear directions, makes you feel like a chef. I couldn't belive that I made those cute gnocchi shapes. My daughter loved the experience as well. We made pasta with different shapes and gnocchi. So delicious!All night long we were saying wow!!!! Cooking in class in Italy you must ask for Simona and her mom. They made arrangements for me to eat a version of vegan plate, and a plate with cheese for my daughter. Also, they have a beautiful home, with a gorgeous view. Thank you Simona, you made our trip memorable!

This was a great experience! Vincenzo was an amazing host who took his time to teach us about each pasta along with serving great wine! The views from his apartment were an extra bonus to the amazing food we made!

Wow! What a wonderful experience of spending time with Anna in the beautiful apartment with her hospitality and amazing touches. We enjoyed traditional Italian food and holiday treats . Made pasta from scratch with historical and local flavors and stories added in. She prepared a children’s tiramisu and then we made a traditional version as well. She is a treasure and our memories are precious.

We experienced an unforgettable evening with Anna, our host and instructor, who guided us through the preparation of Italian pasta and tiramisu. I booked this adventure for my wife, daughter, and granddaughter, and it surpassed all expectations. Anna was an excellent host. She allowed everyone to become fully immersed in the Italuan cooking experience. The end results were delicious pasta dishes topped off by tiramisu for later. This is a memory we will always cherish. We had the best time with Patrizia. She was so welcoming of us into her amazing home with fabulous views over the mountains in Bellano.. We made Tortalloni, tagliatelle and tiramisu, all of which she taught with ease and they tasted amazing. Such a great day.
