Pick ups outside recepcion. The pick-up point and time of the pickup will be confirmed by the provider after you make the booking on the platform. If your hotel is not listed, we will inform you of the nearest pickup point. (no pick-up available from Playa Blanca on Sundays or Mondays) IMPORTANT: Note that for bookings made within 24 hours departure, pick up is not guaranteed. You should head to the meeting point. If you require pick up service, contact the local supplier directly after booking.

Amazing trip, we had loads of entertainment with the crew , even though when booked it will be Spanish language only the guide spoke 4 languages, amazing food and plenty of drinks. Would highly recommend.

The bus to the boat and...

The bus to the boat and the boat trip were fine seeing aal the surroundings. However nothing was explained in English. All in Spanish which meant we almost missed are get off point as the boat carried on to another stop. We wanted to do a 4x4 round the island tour but after waiting for more than an hour and having to pay €25pp in a crowded jeep, we decided to eventually give that a miss. Also no one spoke a word of English. I don't speak Spanish myself but fluent in Dutch and can get by in German and French.

Thank you for your review! All our guides speak English, French, German and Spanish, and all information is given out in all four languages whilst on the boat to the island. In this case your ticket only included return bus transfer and return ferry, we do not offer any "guided tour" as such in this option. We are sorry that once on the island you did not have the experience we would hope for, it is high season and there are many tourists on the island.These services you mention are not run by our company so we cannot speak for them. We hope you return to La Graciosa in the future and can experience its breathtaking charm, all our guides are fluent English speakers, along with Spanish, German and French, and sometimes Dutch guides.

Guide, what guide?

The tour did what it said on the tin. The 'guide' greeted us and gave us our ferry tickets. We eventually arrived at the ferry and the switch from bus to ferry was fine, then the bus returned us to our pick up points, be sure to recognise your pick up point as the 'guide' said nothing and even left the bus before all drop offs were completed. She was completely superfluous. Otherwise fine.

The basic information about the times of departure and time of return boat is given several times in the boat from Lanzarote to Graciosa. If you need a guided Graciosa bout excursion we offer the Luxury Catamaran excursion. We hope you enjojed the visit on the island

Trip is good, location is excellent. Support staffs are okay. However, the outgoing trip was with boat not with a Ferry, even though we paid for Ferry. Due to the boat, the outward journey was very bumpy and the kids did not enjoy. Thanks to them to have the inward journey with ferry but the bottom glass was so dirty that you hardly view across.

Great island to visit, wish we had stayed overnight there! Journey time is a little bit long with the transfer pick up at 920am, boat at 11, so you get there at 11.30 but once you have that in mind and just relax and enjoy the scenery, you will have a great day! Lovely beach, little bars/restaurants.

No da tiempo para visitar la isla, comer o darse un baño. O haces una cosa u otra, el barco de vuelta sale a las 4:00 por lo que tuvimos que no da tiempo casi ni a comer

Gracias por el feedback. Las horas de salida del ferry se especifica en la descripción antes de reservar. Se ofrecen aproximadamente cinco horas de tiempo libre para explorar la isla con opción de traslado en autobús. También puede optar por adquirir solo los tickets de ferry y tener mayor flexibilidad en los horarios de ida y regreso.

Creo que la Graciosa es una visita obligada si se viaja a Lanzarote, pero eché de menos que el Ferry de vuelta fuera un poco más tarde.

Purtroppo ho avuto un problema di identificazione del punto di raccolta: ho cercato su Google map il nome della fermata che mi avevano comunicato e mi è uscito un hotel, perciò mi sono posizionata lì in anticipo. Solo dopo un po' con una coppia di ragazzi ho raggiunto il punto corretto aspettando invano. Quando ho contattato l'operatore locale mi ha detto che avevano raccolto altre persone ed erano partiti e mi hanno inviato la foto del punto di raccolta, peccato non averla ricevuta prima!! Quindi anche se hanno i contatti dei clienti poi non li usano (altre guide di altre escursioni invece scendevano e chiamavano/aspettavano i clienti). Ai clienti raccomando quindi puntualità e verifica precisa del punto di raccolta. All'operatore locale consiglio di inviare la foto del punto di raccolta quando mandano la convocazione, ma li ringrazio per avermi proposto una data alternativa. A Viator consiglio un po' di flessibilità: non mi hanno riconosciuto il rimborso, questo posso capirlo, ma potevano mandare un voucher anche parziale per una prossima escursione, vengo spesso a Lanzarote e avevo già fatto un'altra escursione questa settimana. A chi perde il pullman come la sottoscritta consiglio.. El Notario in Arrecife, vedi foto, cibo speciale!! Peccato.. di gola 😁

But, unfortunately, you waited at the reception instead and missed your pick-up. We did offer you an alternative date for the excursion as you contacted us vía email so late after the scheduled pick-up, but you did not wish to do so. We do recommend if anyone has have any questions, doubts or are unsure where their pick-up is or any information regarding their booking, to contact us at least the day before the excursion, and we can happily help them with the queries. We hope that one day you join us onboard and can enjoy the lovely experiences we have to offer.

Excursion qui s'est très bien déroulée, transfert à côté de notre hôtel jusqu'à Orzola. Accompagnateur très sympas qui parle plusieurs langues. Puis en ferry, direction la belle île de la Graciosa. Rien à dire, tout s'est très bien passé

Excursion à effectuer, l'île de la Graciosa est un petit paradis, malgré le temps pluvieux....et une mer pas très calme au retour. Les maisons d'une blancheur immaculée avec de nombreux volets et portes, bleus donnent un très grand charme à l'île.
