The guys were so informative and helpful, I went with all my girls and we had a blast. There were a few hiccups but they were always right there when you needed them. 10/10 definitely would recommend. I can’t to go back with more people.

The meeting spot is almost in the middle of nowhere but I was put at ease when I called the number, they assured me I was in the right place. The guide were all super kind. At first they do come across as a bit serious but they’re all very very nice and SUPER helpful! Before riding they went over two super important rules and when riding there’s a guide in the front and one in the back to make sure no one is left behind. I actually fell off the ATV and the guide in the front waiting for me and my dad to catch up after and the guide in the back helped me back up and gave me some tips on how to avoid falling off again. I was riding relatively slow compared the rest of the group however I never felt rushed the guides were super patient and allowed us to go at our own pace. They also provide you with helmets and goggles if u don’t have any. This was definitely an experience I will never forget! Thank you!

Such a fun change of pace. Our family vacation with our adult children has been amazing and this experience was one of the top. Equipment was all in great working order, trails were super fun, and the guides couldn't have been more awesome!

Had a blast for the first time riding! Very windy, wind was about 56 mph. But once started, the adrenaline rush warmed me up. Started with the ATV then two nice gentleman traded us for the two passenger for my wife to ride because she was scared lol. So I got to experience driving both vehicles. Our guides were very helpful.

Suggestions to potential tourists 1. This activity is off the grid in the desert. Please look up the area prior to booking!! Despite the pictures shown, this is definitely NOT a black lead or black people affiliated tour. Viator has pickup/meeting instructions that are inaccurate. The shuttle (van) WILL not meet you at SouthPoint Hotel and casino. We waited there per the website instructions and no one came. We got a message from the host 30 minutes before the tour was about to start that we should be on our way and had to call an Uber. 2. Make sure you rent a vehicle before booking. Once at the location, the tour guide (owners husband) asked if we had a way back because Uber wouldn’t come to pick us up. They proposed we bribe the driver with CASH to sit and wait for us for an hour and asked this man to wait for us at the Town Saloon. We then called the owner again and she tried to charge us $50 for a shuttle back to South Point saying it was a discount from the normal $75. 3. There ARE hidden fees. After we asked to cancel, they decided to shuttle us back for free. If you don’t let them keep your credit card in the back of their trailer, then it’s $15 per vehicle for insurance. If you don’t bring your own face mask, it’s $5 per mask. They also suggested we tip them for guiding us. 4. This IS NOT a beginner course. They have been living in the desert and riding their whole lives and it showed with the intermediate (at best) trail. Their ATVs did not come with power steering. We told them it was our first time and they didn’t take us on a simpler trail. You WILL be in the mountains with no town in sight and there are EXTREMELY steep drops for a beginner. 5. They WILL not seek medical attention for you. My friend got thrown from her vehicle and fell down one of these drops on our way back. She now has 5 broken bones. Once she was thrown off, they put her one their atv but they never even so much as offered an ice pack. There was no place to get medical attention except for a clinic we passed on the way back to the city and the driver didn’t offer to stop or seem concerned about her fall. Suggestions to the host 1. Be upfront about all fees and contact Viator to either add a shuttle package with your fee included or remove mention of it all together. 2. Please advertise better in the labeling of the activity as a Non-Beginner course. 3. Newer atvs have power steering so the fact that yours don’t should be listed (especially since you don’t require any previous driving experience or licenses). 4. Have basic first aid supplies available and be more actionable when someone is thrown off of a vehicle.

The booking was simple. The tour was AMAZING! We had a small snafu in that the tour company does not provide the shuttle service if you book through a 3rd party and that was not made known until the moment of. We arrived at the location a bit frazzled having to Uber there last minute but the tour and the guides made us forget about this miscommunication.

Absolutely the worst ATV attraction in the area. Pick up/drop off for shuttle service to the designated location is non-existent although they text you numerous times about where to catch the shuttle from on the morning of your tour. Fast forward to arriving at the corner of nowhere and redneck blvd my friend and I was greeted by the most horrible tour guide who happened to be the husband of the owner. Rudest encounter I'd ever had with someone offering services for a fun attraction. Never would I ever pay YOU or anyone else to treat me like a nuisance for a service that I prepaid for. I have requested a refund since our tour never took place because I refuse to patronize a business with such ridiculous behavior from an employee. My advice to anyone looking for ATV tours, go to Las Vegas ATV Tours and NOT ATV Tours in Las Vegas, the names are similar but there's a big difference in the services and accommodations. To the owners, please don't bother responding to my review because it only makes you look even worse to defend your awful service.
