Please do not take this tour. It was terrible from the start. You aren’t told what tour
company to look for at the dock so you will have to just go around asking people. We were actually told by the representative we weren’t on their list when we actually were. Then no one answered the “emergency” phone. We finally found them when we asked the same person again out of sheer desperation. The traffic in Paris is terrible, The guide seemed continuously confused, spent lots of time complaining about other drivers, and kept having to get on the phone for instructions. But worst of all he actually changed the tour to eliminate our shopping and lunch time because a handful of people complained we didn’t drive by the Eiffel Tower. So we lost all but 20 minutes of what was supposed to be a 2 hour shopping/lunch break. Since Paris has no fast food we could not get lunch. The guide kept letting some people off but others get on who were not on our tour so he was continually confused about the number of passengers we were supposed to have. When we did pass things to see, the driver would generally just say “over there” and we missed several points of interest trying to find them. Terrible tour. I will be seeking a refund.
