Pick up from the Airport to Hotel: We are waiting inside the Jorge Chávez Airport with a sign with the passenger's name and surname, the wait is 01 after the flight lands, which is enough time to pass immigration and make contact with our driver. For International flights our driver will be waiting in front of gate 3 of International departures; For National flights our driver will be waiting in front of gate 13 of National departures. Transfer from address or Hotel to the Airport: We are at the time of your reservation, we announce ourselves in the lovi of your hotel or address. THE SERVICE IS FOR PICKUP FROM THE AIRPORT OR TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT, JUST CHOOSE THE TRANSFER IN THE OPTIONS AND ENTER ITS DATA.

    Eduardo was on time for pick up for trip back to airport. Unfortunately for him it was quite longer than we expected, but Eduardo kep his calm and got us there without incident. He is a very perfection driver and was very pleasant.

    Never ended up showing up and never responded to outreach via WhatsApp or the viatour app. We stayed 20m after our scheduled pick up time before ending up getting a cab from the airport. Very disappointing

    Amazed, as the driver that took me to the city on the February trip was the same driver for this one. Rivas Carlos was excellent and made the journey swift and pleasant. A wonderful driver!

    Absolutely awful! Do not use Master Tours Peru for anything. After confirming on two separate occasions via WhatsApp the time and the pickup location for our airport transfer they never showed up! Totally untrustworthy! Further when trying to contact them as we thought they were just running late, they would not respond. You have been warned!

    I made an online reservation one day before, which required a credit card. Price was fair compared to other places but I must admit I was a bit skeptical, not knowing if someone would be there or not to pick me up (being a solo female traveler arriving at 11pm). Not long after making a reservation, I received detailed pick instructions via their app and also email. When I landed the driver was already inside with a sign (with my name) looking for me. He was super professional and courteous. Car was nice and clean. I would definitively ask for him again. He picked me up and took me to my hotel safe and sound. Great experience and will use it again.

    Our driver was right where he said he would be and kept in great communication with us as to where he was exactly with a photo of where he was waiting. Very helpful. And the price was very fair.

    I am grateful that I chose to book through this service. It cost about half what I paid a taxi two weeks ago and the driver was super nice. I booked after I arrived so I messaged the company to get an earlier pickup time, and they tried to accommodate me, but it didn’t work out. They were in contact with me the whole time though, and even called to confirm what time I actually got picked up.

    We flew in, went through customs, picked up our luggage and was not greeted by no one. We waited almost an hour till our driver showed with no sign with my name on it. The driver was a good driver. It was after midnight so no traffic. I would recommend a taxi.

    The photo and description of this service do not match the actual experience. There is no board as described, only a card with your name. Finding the driver was quite difficult as he was outside the airport building, not at the exit from baggage reclaim.

    Our driver Carlos Rivas was great. He was friendly, polite, and helpful. He showed up early to pick us up because he knew traffic was extra heavy and gave us the option to leave sooner. Boy oh boy was he right!!! He’s a good driver and knew how to maneuver the heavy traffic to get us to the airport on time.

    I texted my driver that my flight would be 45 minutes late before I departed of which he replied "ok". When I got to Lima and was out with my bags at 1:20 am (place of indication, he was no where to be found). Other drivers told me that Master's had already left. I paid additional S/162 to take me to my hotel in the middle of the night. I would like a refund for my original $56.24

    Carolina was great our flight from Lima was delayed and she reassured me she would be there and she was! She’s so sweet great energy explained to us things for night life and food recommendations to prevent getting ill. Do not skip over this tour group you will be taken care of.
