    Got a Whatsapp message after booking to confirm the reservation and make sure I had plenty of time for my flight. Day before, got another message with estimated time. Lots of clear communications. Pick up exactly as estimated outside hotel in a van, not a large bus. Nice, confidence drive, will book again for sure!

    After having a positive experience getting from the Lima airport to our Miraflores airbnb, we were confident we would have a good experience getting back to the airport to go home. However, it was not the case. We were picked up almost 1 hour late, and the driver was not an experienced driver - didn't know how to drive a stick shift with confidence, and it was over an hour to get to the airport. . . after the delay of pickup - we were very concerned we would miss our flight. . . We are sorry to say we could not recommend this experience with this driver and therefor, with this company.

    QuickLlama was very dependable. On time and even showed up when our arrival flight was delayed by 3 1/2 hours. On the trip back to the airport from Miraflores for departure, QuickLlama brilliantly navigated a Marathon event in the city to pick us up on time. Great company.

    Transport was supposed to kick me up at 6:50 AM on 5-25-22 at the Lima, Peru airport. I received a text in wasapp @ 6:43 AM indicating that the Can will not be coming to conduct oigo ups because a mechanical difficulty and the next Van was @ 9:30 Am. This is not a reliable mean of transport. I will not recommend this service even if is cheap. You get what you pay for.

    I was picked up at the hotel on time and was driven to the airport on time. For a fraction of the price the hotel and tour group was charging.

    I took the service from Airport to Ibis Larco and the next morning I took a return trip to Airport. Easy to locate them at the Airport, before arrival map and direction given 👍. The morning, about 5mins before the drive send a message, very assuring and no worries. Well done.

    QuickLlama failed to pick us up upon arrival at Lima airport. Notified QuickLlama by phone who instructed us to take taxi and said they would reimburse cost. Unfortunately, we ended up paying $60 U.S. for transport to hotel. Since QuickLlama failed to pick us up upon arrival in Lima, we made alternate to ensure return trip to airport. QuickLlama showed-up, without giving a 5-minute notice. Driver was notified by front desk and when we arrived out front 5 minutes later, but driver was already gone. Very, very poor customer service.

    El precio está bien, pero pasaron por mí casi 1 hora después de la hora programada. Tuve que correr en el aeropuerto para no perder mi vuelo.
