Hello, We're sorry you didn't like it. As you know, the streets of the old city of Lisbon are cobbled and there are things we cannot control. Our drivers do their best to drive as calmly and smoothly as possible, in addition it is explained in the description before making the reservation that it is not recommended for pregnant people or people with back problems and if you cannot adapt to the vehicle's balance, all our customers go through the same places and no one has complained. Horribly bumpy ride !

BEWARE the the Tuk Tuk is very wobbly and the roads of Lisbon are extremely bumpy. So I had to get out and walk it was too uncomfortable. There really should be a disclaimer about this especially if you have any back or neck issues, forget about it ! The tour guide was very nice and accomodated me but the cost did not match the walking tour.

BUT, I hope you enjoyed the walking tour we took with you through Alfama, with our guide who did the favor of helping and was with you the entire time, when in fact you shouldn't have done so, because as you know or should You know, the streets of the old city of Lisbon are just like that, and if you haven't adapted to the vehicle's balance, all our customers pass through the same places and no one has complained... they should have been informed beforehand or simply asked for a refund. Our guide Miguel was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He was at our pickup hotel right on time and communicated to us in advance. Tuk Tuk is the best way to explore the city as the streets are narrow, lots of hills, and we experience in an open air vehicle. Would recommend to anyone for their first trip to Lisbon

A Perfect Adventure!

Thomas was the best tour guide. Of course he showed us all of the sights we wanted to see, but he also answered all of our questions and also dropped us off at a lunch spot we wanted to stop at instead of back at our hotel (although they weren't that far apart, it was still nice that he did that!). I highly recommend booking this tour ahead of time instead of waiting for the day of and booking anyone off the street.

This tour was well worth the price and much easier than walking. The guide met us in front of the cruise terminal as promised. However, he had to park the TukTuk in a side parking lot down several steps instead of pulling up directly in front, which would have been more covenient for a disabled person. The guide was highly knowledgeable and explained the history of the city very well. We would have liked to have more stops and more time to see other things or even stop for a snack but we only had 2 hours. Others might want to consider signing up for a longer tour.
