The captain and the other staff were nice and informative. Saw fish for less than 5 minutes. Boat trip was nice.

All of the people involved with the tour are extremely nice. I had two major problems with it though. First, music is so loud that it interferes with your hearing the guide Seriously, not background music-the person next to me said that she had been on booze cruises where the music was not as loud. Secondly, the seats are so low that you cannot see out of the windows,. I’m pretty tall, but I (and all the other passengers) had to spend the entire hour standing up if we wanted to see what was going on out on the water.
The tour is mostly a boat ride with maybe 10 minutes of seeing fish, and a sea lion. . My suggestion to make it more of an Eco Tours is to expand on the characteristics of the kelp forest, the fish, and spent some time on the birds that you see on the wall as well.

There was no parking availability near the meeting place sp we missed our tour time and there was no reschedule option.

Just seeing sea lions.
VERY POOR communication. In the text which I received 20 minutes before departure!!! said “423 Shoreline Village Dr. between funnel house and shenanigans Irish pub!!!” Turned out it was in front of Yard house. Never again

Not much of an experience, it was extremely boring. Extremely expensive for a non event! I would not recommend this to family.

Hello Gabriella, we are sorry you didnt enjoy exploring the breakwall and seeing the fish that live there. This trip does take about 25 minutes to get there and when windy it takes about 30 minutes. Thanks for your feedback.

The glass windows in the boat are neat. There is a lot of room to sit. Our cruise had very few people which was nice. When you get to the spot where you feed the fish it's pretty cool because they all come right up to the boat. It's exciting; especially for younger kids. However, it's pretty short lived and then you are on your way back. We saw the sea lions resting on the buoy as well which was neat. I like the conservation theme and supporting a small business is always good. I think there could be a little more information given about the fish we would see. The captain would narrate some but she was hard to understand over the speaker... it was almost too loud. Not being from California I would have liked to know more about Long Beach as well but we'll try another cruise for that.

The crew were personable and pleasant and the views of the harbor were very nice. However, the time spent looking at fish was just a few minutes and they aren't colorful or exotic. I think they should take a little more time with the fish. If I come back I'll probably do the harbor tour.
