Private door-to-door transfer between Los Angeles and the Los Angeles/San Pedro Cruise Center, and the surrounding communities, such as San Pedro, Torrance, Palos Verdes, and so on. Pickup instructions: From an Airport/Cruise Port: After pickup your luggage, step outside the terminal (arrivals/street level) and go to the passenger pickup area located in the middle island. From any other location: Please be ready at your designated pickup area 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

However, it's the Traveler responsibility to contact us and inform us of any delays, cancellations or flight changes. In addition, is the Traveler responsibility to let RapidShuttle's agents know if they are running late due, but not limited to Luggage, Costumes, and or Emigration Issues.

  • Drivers are not allowed to collect payments onboard for the exception of tips. Any cash, or any other form payment made directly with the driver it will be considered tip/gratuities.

  • Additional Services, Upgrades, and Fees (If Any - That are not included in the voucher rate) needs to be fully paid within 48 hours before the pickup schedule to avoid transfer cancelations.
  • RapidShuttle is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Infant seats available
  • Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooter with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Due to the fact that Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. RapidShuttle vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event, that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) have the ability to board the selected vehicle/service; RapidShuttle it will do their best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that in the event that RapidShuttle's driver cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, RapidShuttle reserves the right not to issue a refund for the services.
  • Child and Booster seats avilable upon request. Additional fee applies.
  • Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, RapidShuttle reserves the right to hire a RapidShuttle Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event RapidShuttle sees the needs to use one of our Affiliate's and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, RapidShuttle it will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get services interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.

  • *Free Waiting Time: Rapidshuttle understands that are many factors out of our control that makes us run late to our appointments. Thus, the reason we offer a generous, and free of cost waiting time or grace period for our guests to show up. However, and at Rapidshuttle´s discretion, if our clients are not ready at the pickup time, we will offer either a private or a shared ride transfer free of cost within the agreed Free Waiting Time.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had scheduled two pickups, one from LAX and the other from San Pedro port,; we were hours early for both and Viator accommodated us and got us picked up way earlier than scheduled at a last minutes notice! Awesome company!

Driver waited for us to clear customs at the port which was very helpful. Got us to the airport for a drop off at delta arrivals as we requested as this is where delta one check in is located. I would highly recommend this service.

From the description of the listing, I thought this is limousine service and I set up a 9:00AM picked up. The operator asked me to call after we exited the terminal which is not unusual from my experience. But we later found from the driver that he is a Uber driver that this is on the fly ordering by the tour operator. He asked how much I paid this tour operator. He was not happy that he got much less than the tour operator. We felt bad that we ended up paid a very generous tip to the driver for the difference and would be tip. I felt the tour operator is not honest that he should have telling the truth.

We ordered a driver for private transfer to the port. The driver was Chinese and did not speak one word of English. He went to the hotel next door--the only reason I found him was that the company sent me his license number. Then, the name he had in his phone for pick up was not mine, but there was no way to communicate with him. Extremely frustrating!!!

Driver was 30 min late, he texted while driving in LA traffic, and his SUV wasn't in very good shape - the check engine light was flashing the whole time. I gave him 2 stars because he seemed kind.

Driver - a no show

Had a booking to bring us to cruise port but nobody showed up. Called several times, no answer. When someone answered they couldn't find our confirmed booking. Once they did, they called Uber.

Doug (driver) from Rapid Shuttle was fabulous! He was fun to talk to and very knowledgeable about the area. Hope to have him do a transfer for us in the future. I wished the dispatch office would have better connected with him due to our flight delay so he didn’t have to wait so long for us, but glad he did!

Bajando del Crucero y fuimos de los ultimos, había mucha gente esperando pasajeros y otros esperando que los recogieran, el trasladista NO TENIA NI MI NOMBRE, NI SU NOMBRE DE LA AGENCIA, como reconocerlo, entre tanta gente, le mande mensaje, y a las 9:45am, me pregunta el nombre del Crucero ???? solo había un Princess, y me dice que lo espere, que ya va, yo no podia esperarlo más porque tenía un vuelo que tomar, y la CITA era a las 9:00am, a las 9:52 tome un taxi al aeropuerto y me fui

Dear Patricia, Im sorry to hear of oyur bad experience with our services. After some investigation into the inceident, this is what we find out: You scheduled your pickup for 09:00 am, as per Pickup Instructions, "Once you are outside the terminal, go to the midle island, and call us". Now, these instructions are based on Port Authorities enforcement that states that "No waiting at the curbs. Curbs are for loading and off loading passengers only". Instead, and according to our phone records, you called us at 08:53 am, stating that you have been waiting to be picked up for over 40 minutes, what means that you could have called us, as per instructions at 08:15 am, and let us know that you were ready for pickup, and we would do our very best to get you a driver earlier. Furthermore, you have stated that you did not saw anyone with your name on it, but still, you have chose to wait 40 minutes to call us, even the Pickup Instructions clear says that "Once you are outside the terminal, go to the midle island, and call us". These instructions can be obtain in several different languages. Once you have called us, we Ttepmeted to dispatch the driver from the holding lot to the curb. Once the driver got to the curb, nor she could find you, nor you answer your phone. You contacted us again looking for the driver, and at that you provide us with the correct Berth, and when the driver arrived (within 5 minutes from the last call), you already left. Keep in mind, due to congested traffic, It may take anywhere between 5 minutes to 20 minutes for a driver arrives to the curb. It´s very important to always follow instructions provided, special and one is in a place that never been before, and very congested. Warm regards, Kayla T.
