Each ride and show brings happiness, leaving the kid at heart in me absolutely delighted. It's an experience that truly ignites the imagination and brings out the adventurer in everyone!

Just as much fun for 60 year olds

Amazing day, amazing time. For 2 x 60 year olds we were back in our youths again. Me screaming like a teenager. We walked seamlessly through security and through the entrances. No queues whatsoever. Although some of the rides said a 30 min wait, most of them were less than 15 mins which was misleading and the jurassic park ride said you could get extremely wet when in fact it was mostly people sitting on the ends and st the front so again quite misleading and might put some people off. But i would thoroughly recommend it for people of our age who are in good health because we had a blast.

Lots to see and do, great rides and lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Would recommend the studio tour which takes around an hour but takes you behind the scenes of tv and film sets and has a few surprises too!

Quick way to purchase tickets to Universal Studios. However, the link from the email would not load the tickets, so ensure that you take a screenshot of it and save to photos to get through the lines quickly vs trying to load it in front of staff at the gates.

I really liked the Harry Potter ride the only thing that was wrong was that it was so quick you only get to go around once and I Waited almost an hour for this.

Do not use Viator!

We went on vacation in Florida. The purchased tickets were for California. Viator would not help us in any way. We had to go to Universal Studios and purchase new tickets there. I know it was my error, however, with the appropriate support this never would have happened. And Viator could have helped with a repurchase. Horrible customer service!!! Do not recommend!!! Please use another vendor. Viator is NOT the way to go!

Fun and adventurous day

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Universal Studios Hollywood. I arrived an hour after the park opened so I got to enjoy the parks most popular attractions before the park got full. I would highly recommend the VIP passes for large groups & small families. As the day goes on the park gets filled to capacity & there can be up to a 90 minute wait time to ride some of the most popular rides.

Accidentally checked out the wrong ticket and they wouldn’t and said they could refund my $280 dollars I would just book through the actual website of whatever you’re trying to do this was a waste and I didnt save any money with them in fact I lost it all into thin air

Rides were great, but I feel that the Park was overbooked, queues were too long. 1-2hr wait some times for a ride
