Unsatisfied tour .

The tour does not follow the itinerary .Most of the time is just travel by bus . Hardly few sight seeing spots are covered . The hotel stay at Stevenson Ranch Comfort Inn is a 2 star hotel and a good choice at all . It’s not worth the money spent .

Hi Manish, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to see 1 star. Since the tour was provided with a full itinerary with exception on the Southern portion of Route #1. The rout was close due to rock slide so for your safety we went to scenic 17 Mile Drive. As a bonus we added visits to Henry Cowl Redwoods State Park along with Calico Ghost Town outside of Vegas. As a result all of the other reviews from the tour were positive. We would love to host you again in the future.

terrible attitude poor service poor coordination with viator wouldn't recommend was looking forward to a nice 5 days trip, ended up being told that it will be only 3 days trip on the morning of the departutre, which created awful amount of stress

Sinceramente mi aspettavo molto di più. Si va molto veloce per vedere tante cose, molte delle quali neanche interessanti ho viste solo per pochi minuti . Santa barbara viene vista dal bus è basta. San Francisco si vede la metà delle cose che ci sono scritte. Il 3 giorno si sta solo in bus perché dal parco Yosemite si torna inspiegabilmente verso Los Angeles invece che andare verso LAS Vegas! Sinceramente tour da rivedere!! Consigliato solo per chi nn parla inglese!

El tour se realizó tal como estaba descripto. Los horarios se cumplieron perfectamente. El colectivo en buenas condiciones, los hoteles reservados muy buenos. Los guías Tse, Beatriz y Brenda muy comprometidos con su trabajo y con dar a los viajeros la mejor experiencia. Fue una muy buena opción para conocer en poco tiempo los mejores lugares de California. Y también ideal para personas que viajan solas; una combinación ideal de precio y calidad de servicio. Eso sí, evitarlo si no le gusta viajar con mucha gente, al menos en mi tour (temporada de verano) eramos 50 personas las que nos movíamos juntas a todas partes. A mi me gustó mucho pero entiendo que eso no está perfectamente indicado y otros pueden preferir evitar viajar con tanta gente.

Es un buen recorrido, pero hay varias cosas en el servicio, que se puede mejorar. El guia principal, un Italiano, no fue muy amigable con los no italianos, no me gustó ciertas actitudes entre el y el chófer del bus, creándose un serio problema
