A:The tour is conducted in a 16 seat Mercedes Mini-coach. There are three steps up into the coach – each 150mm in height. There are grab handles on both sides, the step edges are clearly marked and the treads are non-slip.

A:The bus is not wheelchair accessible, however, there is storage available for a folding wheelchair or walking frame. Guests must be able to get on/off the bus on their own or with the assistance of a companion as guides cannot assist physically.

Can't say enough about this wonderful day trip! James was an excellent and informative guide and perhaps most importantly, his driving skills were top notch! There were a few tight squeezes and hairpin curves that he navigated through brilliantly! The Lake District/Windermere cruise tour is a must see and we lucked out with lovely weather! Loved his music playlist that he incorporated into the tour. Would highly recommend and would give 6 stars if I could!

This tour was absolutely phenomenal! The views were amazing and we saw some of the best points of interest in the Lake District, PLUS Shara was extremely helpful and a delight to listen to and interact with as we drove from place to place.
My husband and I have a slightly different interests when we travel where we like to seek out local craft beer and spirits, and surprisingly, there was plenty to be found in this area. From the Grasmere Brewery and Distillery to KITTchen in Hawkeshead, we found plenty of beers to enjoy. There was even one on the lake cruise!
Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the area. Learned a ton of fun facts, heard music by local Manchester artists, and saw the beautiful English countryside. Great job, Shara!

Chris was our tour guide and he was amazing. This is a must do tour. I didn't know about Lake District until someone recommended online and I am so thankful for that person. This was my favorite place and I am definitely going to visit again. I was debating between 1 day and 3 day tour. Now I am thinking I should have done 3 day!

When we travelled from Manchester to Windermere and the Lake District, Shara was the best tour guide we've ever had. She is also a wonderful person. She ensured that everyone travelling with her was always happy, comfortable, and safe by providing detailed explanations of the trip, the city's culture, and the food there. She just has one belief, which is "positivity," and we adored her for it.

It was an amazing day out in Lake District with Shara being our tour guide! She is very knowledgeable, full of energy and gave us a lot of interesting information from the history and culture of Manchester and the areas we were visiting, down to music and played William Wordsworth’s poem Daffodils! We felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed all the stops we made. The weather was beautiful and the vibe was super so will be definitely choosing Rabbie’s for our future trips!
