I talked to the driver about using his cell phone in the car. That is not allowed unless it's related to your tour or it's an emergency. I apologize to you about it on behalf of the company.
On the other side, what you say about your tour guide is really hard to believe, since she normally works in English for Americans and British and no complaints at all - but good reviews - until we'd got yours.
You could have informed us by phone to solve out the issue on the spot, but we did not receive a call, WhatsApp or email indicating any complaint.
Once the tour has taken place, we cannot help you and we are deeply sorry that you took that bad perception about the tour when Ronda is always a destination where travelers are very satisfied.
