Professional driver, made out visit more pleasant as gave us time to stay to the cafe inside and pick up at the time we requested for the return to our Riad. The gardens are must in Marrakech and I would suggest early visit as then get too busy.

Driver picked us up in the square in front of cafe France. Note that pick up time is 30 min prior to the garden ticket time. We skipped the line and went right in to the garden. Recommend visiting early at 10AM as it’s less crowded. We then called/texted driver to pick us up once we were done. Very easy and effecient.

Amazing place to visit , highly reccomend. We went early before ut got very busy . Also our transfer was perfect asking if we wanted to go somewhere else after . Totally mesmerising.

We booked this activity at last minute. Amazed that Communication with the organisers was fast. If you aim for comfort (transport and entrance ticket sorted), this activity is a good choice.

Hands-Off!! VIATOR is a Major Ripp Off and a total Scam!!! Booked sightseeingtour of Jardin Majorenne in Marrakech for 2 adults on 17/03. Fees instantly debited to PayPal account. The booked transfer service never showed up. Our hotel concierge called VIATOR who confirmed refund. Particularly annoying was the information that the Service booked would have never been available same day. Waiting since then for any feedback. Instead our complaints are being ignored and forwarded in circles which seems to be a common scheme to get rid off annoyed customers…

Purtroppo non bene per noi! Avevamo appuntamento alle 11 , prima hanno posticipato di un’ora per alcuni problemi e abbiamo acconsentito, per poi annullare la prenotazione alle ore 11.16! Per fortuna abbiamo preso un taxi e siamo riusciti ad andare a fare la visita prima del volo di ritorno!

Aucune prise en charge ni explication nous avons était lâcher devant le parc par le chauffeur quand au parc qui es minuscule il ne vaut pas le déplacement ni le prix c’est un piège à touristes faite attention il sont massif au Maroc méfiez vous .

Majorelle est magnifique à voir, en revanche mauvaise expérience avec le transporteur : heure de récupération changée en dernière minute et surtout le chauffeur nous a laissé sans nous récupérer alors que nous nous étions mis d’accord sur l’organisation . Resté au soleil plus d’une heure à attendre une réponse de sa part .

N’achetez pas sur ce site nous avons réserver et arrive sur place les gardes indiquent qu’il faut prendre les billets sur le site officiel des jardins majorel sinon ça ne marche pas. A cause de ça nous sommes rentrés en France sans les avoir visités …

Servicio bastante malo y caro. Pagas por el taxi y los tickets, para al llegar al Jardin, el conductor no saque los tickets y te da dinero en efectivo para que hagas tu la cola y compres tu las entradas. Se quedan con casi todo el dinero, puesto que el taxi y las entradas son bastante más baratas que lo que te cobran. Pondremos una reclamación formal.
