Was literally dropped in middle of a traffic jam on a square, with what can be explained in muffled English 4 min walk that way! Already explained to driver phones not working which ment no maps. But 4 mins there tip please was his answer!

We stayed at Marrakech Medina. The company informed us the pick up point in advance which was close to our Riad. Driver came early and drove safely to airport. The mini van was comfortable for 4 adults with 4 luggages.

Unreliable company - We almost missed our flight

I unfortunately have to give a 1 star. Let me explain… I booked way in advance, like 2 weeks before our trip to Marrakech. The company even sent me an email the night before to confirm the service. The driver supposed to pick us up at 4:00 am, at our hotel, but it didn’t happen. Thankfully we we were able to get a taxi and didn't miss our early flight (even though we were close to miss it). I called and texted the company but they never replied. I contacted Viator and they just refunded me.

They didn’t show up. They apologized. But they didn’t show up. I had to call a taxi. Luckily we weren’t late and didn’t miss our flight.

My arrival time changed at least 3 times due to delayed flights. They were incredibly patient and responsive on WhatsApp and still managed to pick me up and get me to my Riad safely at midnight.

Great communication in advance. We booked online late the night before for an early morning airport transfer and this was arranged promptly with WhatsApp to confirm. Friendly and professional driver. Clean, comfortable car. Driver on time and drove safely. Would definitely recommend.

The ride from my hotel to the airport was great, but unfortunately the communication beforehand was challenging. I tried to contact the company through viator and whatsapp multiple times to try and confirm our pick up time but got no response. Eventually I got hold of them with help from viator support team. It was really frustrating. Once I was able to get in contact with the company everything was fine.

Mohammed was the BEST driver! He was the kindest person. He was our driver at 04:00 and made sure to meet us at the door of our Riad to make sure we were safe. Every time I have booked with Viator, the drivers are fantastic and kind, and Mohammed was the best example of that.

Worse transfer ever

The car was nothing like the photo. It was old, damaged and dirty. The driver didn't speak in English. No air conditioning made this transfer even worse... We were feeling sick in the back seat. We hasked for kids seats and no one cared about it.... Even the seatbelts weren't working. We used other transportation in Marrakech and even a cab from the street was better than this. And they've asked us for extra money because the hotel wasn't in the city center... We strongly feel that we were scammed and want our money back!!
