    We didn't go, because your agent phoned us and told us due to weather conditions the Excursion has been cancelled and we are waiting for our refund.

    Garden Anima y Valle de Ouruka muy bonito,pero estoy muy disgustada con la experiencia.Primero tuve muchas problemas porque me anularon la excursión en el ultimo momento sin ninguna explicación antes de salir para Marrakech.Entre y vi que la excursión estaba disponible y la contrate otra vez-todavía no tengo el reembolso de la primera reserva.Era una odisea concretarla hora del punto de reencuentro ,otra vez me dicen por el chat que está cancelada,pedi al chico del read en que estuvimos a lamar y de Marroco luxe tour dicen que es un error informático,asi que ya me esperaba de todo.Hoy nos recogió el chofer-muy simpatico y corecto,nos querían cobrar guía cuando estaba incluido pero lo areglamos.El guía muy corecto,pero nos queria a llevar a comer,cuando preguntamos por el cafe,aperitivo,desayuno y agua que estaba incluido nos dijeron que no.Asi en general son sitios muy buenos pero para mada puedo recomendar la empresa Aviator o Marroco luxe tour-no se quien tiene la culpa pero se culpan uno a otro por los fallos
