You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Fun, fun, fun!!

What a great tour. The ebikes made the terrain very accessible. Our guide Daniel was great and very passionate about his home region. The pool was a great way to end the day.

Great tour for groups of experienced bikers

I went as a solo traveler. Showed up and it ended up being just me, so it was kind of like a private tour which was nice. This tour was fun, but not ideal for me due to my experience and fitness level. Also this tour is cheaper if you go with multiple people, but going alone, the price was a bit too high to make it worth it (This might be due to my bias after having experienced a Guatapé tour). Note that this tour is using an electric bicycle with pedal assist, not full throttle. That means you have to be pedaling the entire time, so some effort is required on your part. To give you an idea if this tour is for you, I’m 5’10”, 190lbs, and never go to the gym and I was struggling quite a bit as you would imagine. You should be somewhat fit to do this tour. Also I’m someone who is a beginner to mountain biking and this tour is definitely do-able for someone who’s a beginner but you should be fit to handle all the pedaling up hill and someone who’s used to riding bicycles for a few hours to handle sitting on those stiff bicycle seats. The tour guide was very nice and a great communicator. It was definitely a nice experience to get away from the city and visit a small mountain town and get to feel the nature.

View into Medellin’s breathtaking countryside

Must do tour to see the beautiful countryside of Medellin. The owner/guide Loui was great- from pre-departure communication, to pick up and throughout the whole day. He took us to a charming village near Medellin where we started the all-day adventure. His e-bikes made it very easy to go up some steep hills, we stopped at many local farms and viewpoints, had a great lunch and ended the day at a stunning Bali-like property with a pool and breathtaking view of the mountains. With everything that’s included it was a steal for the price! Highly recommended

Great experience

It was an amazing trip, guide really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We were able to explore places that most tourists will never go and were off the beaten path. Having the electric bikes allowed us to explore so many places as opposed to a regular mountain bike. Highly recommend!
