It was such a great excursion. Our group was so much fun. The horses were well trained and listened to our commands. There was a lot of galloping which made it fun. Would definitely recommend this excursion to my friends and family.

The communication was horrible. Long story short they left us at the meeting spot and last minute gave a new meeting location when the activity was set to start.

The scenery is very pretty. That is the most positive thing I can share.
When we rode, the group was exceedingly large, over 20.
Some had never been on a horse.
Instead of breaking the large group into several, the guides kept everyone together, so more experienced riders were disappointed. This was essentially an hour long trail ride.
The ride is not advertised this way...and it should be..."Ideal for beginners...gorgeous scenery, no experience needed."
Many of the horses did not look as if they are well cared for. One had a wound under its mouth. Another was missing 1/2 hoof.

Trip was amazing, easy going and just a great time to relax and enjoy the ride, it can get too crowdy so have that in mind, otherwise you are up to a great time!!

Trip was super fun. But it was too crowdy and too many horses in the same group. At the start it was a little overwhelming.
But all by all it was a very great and fun trip. The guides were very helpful

Group of people from different countries came together to ride these beautiful horses. From crossing the highway, to climbing up and down hill, it was such nice ride. The workers just made everyone feel comfortable and it was just beautiful afternoon.

Horrible coordination. Kevin’s in the US and contracts locals who don’t speak English. Email asked to meet at a very hard to get to location. But you’re not meeting at the location, you’re meeting in the parking lot. We drove off leaving others behind. Only after calling, did the car turn sound for the others. I’m not even sure the transport has licensing to transport people. The email said the driver was the guide. Not true. It’s all contracted. The driver picks up, delivers you the the ranch (the only good part of the trip) then comes back for the pick up. She came back one hour late and we ate at the overpriced restaurant with rock hard arepas. Then, the tells us it’s 240K, not the 120 in the email. Oh, they even switched out drivers despite the email saying the driver will deliver, wait and take us back. Neither Kevin nor the driver has responded about the overcharging.

Our driver did get confused with payment, but we sorted these issues out. The meeting point is clear and the driver gets everyone at the cafe, not the parking lot. The driver was not late, the guests wanted to eat at the restaurant.
