The arrival transfer was provided in a timely manner. Regarding your return transfer, you changed your departure time several times. Please note that any changes to the booking are accepted no later than 24 hours before the transfer. We always try to help our customers and make exceptions. But you first moved the time to pick up by 1 hour. Then you asked to be picked up in three hours. Later you said that you would actually go the next day. We set driving schedules in advance 24 hours. Due to your whims, we had to reschedule several times and refuse other clients who wanted to receive our services. We understand when an arrival flight is delayed and try to wait as long as possible to meet our client. But in this case we are talking about the return transfer to the airport, the departure transfer! You had to go at the time that we agreed with you in advance and wait for your flight already at the airport. Or book a new transfer for a new date and time. Instead, you kept changing the time. Our driver had to go to your hotel several times, and every time you postponed the departure time at the last moment. We have a full set of evidence that our driver came to pick you up at the airport several times. For almost a day, our driver was on standby and could not go to other transfers because of you. Of course it must be paid! But in the end, you yourself refused your transfer. If you can't decide on a pick up time, we recommend that you use a taxi service rather than booking a private transfer. In addition, absolutely all cars in our fleet correspond to the level of comfort and all drivers are licensed!
